Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Hooksett Rd, Hooksett

Take a look at this sign posted at this Bank of America location 03-11-22. Can you imagine having valuables in a safety deposit box at this branch? BOA has no customer service. Many closed branches, some open branches have closed drive up tellers. At other branches in the area they have reduced hours. Banks are supposed to be professional organizations.

After reading some reviews I was skeptical about BoA, but the staff at the Hooksett NH is top notch. Whoever trained and managed this team deserves 6 stars.

Anytime I go into this store, for work purposes, I am always waiting more than 10-15 minutes. More often than not, there is only 1 teller at the counter with a long line of customers. Also, the manager, I think, who greets you at the door, never gets behind the counter to help the other teller. It’s just very frustrating. Never an easy experience when I go in there. HAVE MORE THAN 1 TELLER WORKING PLEASE!!

Went there Saturday at 11:48am, they didn’t want to make a money transfer because they are booked for the day (I didn’t see any customer there). The banker agent didn’t not even try to help me finding a closer BOA. In general I don’t like the service at this location.

Online bank of America is great... This location can't ever do anything for you... Like most banks if you don't have an account just go f-yourself... Have an account here might as well go f-yourself too... We open late and close early, long unnecessary lines because they can only for them not to help you

The Hooksett branch has been closed for a while .I have to drive to Manchester if I need banking services. There is no reason for Hooksett to still be closed.Think Im Going to change banks after being with them many years.Sad they don't care about there customers

I needed a loan for a treehouse project. The manager was very attentive and knew a ton about treehouse building. I would 100% go back.

This bank is the most horrible bank to deal with. They make up random rules on the spot literally stealing your money to make interest of it for a couple of days. I have had a small business for over 7 years and deal with banks everyday. When I transfer my money online between my bank of america accounts it is avalable immidiately. Since the money is all at the the same bank. I was outside the state and not close to a branch so I transfered money from my account to my brothers account all inside the same bank. His account shows all money available. He goes inside the bank to make a bank check and they come up with some story that he needs to wait 2 business days for funds to process. Based on what?? Why does the account show it available immidiately?? Why did I do this 10,000 other times in the 7 years and had no problems. Just a bunch of lying associates with no customer service at all. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS CHARGING YOU FEES ON TOP OF FEES. Funny thing is how you go a couple miles down the road and another branch of BOA has no issue giving you YOUR MONEY !!! How come each branch has different policies. I have been banking with BOA, DCU, Bellwether for a long time. By WORSE BOA is the worse in every single aspect of banking. I own 3 different businesses in State of NH, I will be moving them all to a Credit Union where you get the proper service, no BS, no extra fees for simple stuff. EVERYONE PLEASE DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR. SWITHCH AND SWITCH NOW TO ANY CREDIT UNION BUT NO BANK OF AMERICA. I have been with BOA for over 15 years. Everything is just going down hill every single year. And it is sad that a 15 year cusomer with 5-6 accounts needs to look for a different financial instituation for his banking needs. If you are gonna get something out of this review. Remember this: SWITCH FROM THIS HORRIBLE BANK AS SOON AS YOU CAN. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.

It's a really nice bank. Different from the decor of other banks. It's very comfortable

There is no drive though option, just an ATM. Very small branch with limited employees.
