I believe this atm is turned off after dark. Maybe due to crime, I'm not sure why though. It's never green lit at night.

Everytime you come to this location expect to be there for 30min to an hour The service is courteous but manager is always doing something else and not attending to customers. She just want wo work the lobby floor and not address the customers who have been waiting to see a customer service rep. I hate going to this location

I have a pay roll check written on BOA for 41.00 from FedEx and we stood in line for 20 minutes just to be told that we have to verify the check and they want to charge a$8.00 fee after waiting 30 more minutes. I feel the bank don't value our precious time

I have a Small Business Account with this bank (22 years) and the new bank manager is unprofessional. I tried calling about the PPP loan, she answered on speaker phone, was short in her response, spoke fast and was not helpful at all. This is disappointing to me as I have had a relationship with the Managers in the past. I am currently looking for a new bank or work with, very disappointing.

My father and I went through the drive up and received horrible services on Sat 4/19/14.. To begin they didn’t greet us like a normal banking establishment does. They didn’t ask him how he wanted his money back. They just said “Thank you Mr. ___ and have a great Easter.” My father was upset they sent back $400 in small bills when he wanted large bills back. I pushed the button to let them know they didn’t break his money down the way he wanted it. A man said “Send it back and we will give him large bills.” I sent it back and received the envelope back and gave it to my dad. An older lady came on the speaker very loud saying she’s sorry for the inconvenience and the money is coming back now. He took the money out and put the envelope down in my truck. We drove off and that was that. Later on I discovered the envelope had someone else driver’s license, bank account number card (with his savings and checking account numbers) and his balance receipt. It was past noon so the bank was closed. I called a friend who is a branch manager and he said put it in the night drop box or take it back Monday 4/21/14. Well to make a long story short my mother knew the man information I had. She returned it to him today. He said the bank tellers told him they gave him his information back. The loan officer did tell him they could freeze his account and gave him $20 for a new ID. He was very upset. I give this bank a bad review because they are SLOW and RUDE. Majority of the people have worked there so long they are comfortable. I could have cleaned this man out but that is not my character. I have been a check fraud victim and it was a nightmare. Sad to say it was with BANK OF AMERICA years ago. It took a new trainee years later to see what the problem was. I was happy this man received his information back and it was blessing my mom knew him. I would say do not bank at this location because they need to work on their customer service skills. This makes B.O.A look really bad. I hope corporate consumer services department obtains these reviews that are posted on the internet. I also hope they send the whole bank back through training because it is needed. All companies should do this that work with the public.

Im a person who works alot so I called off to get things situated with the bank about a debit card that was supposed to be sent out (4)week's ago. Once I arrived it was kinda busy, so I waited patiently, just to put money in the bank without a debit card. I made it to the front of the counter to put money in my account. And was told I was supposed to go talk to a specialist. I asked her why I have too and I'm just putting money in the account, I did this before, she said it with frustration that I was supposed to fill out the sheet on the other side. So I went and was told again with agitation from your employees.that I was supposed to go to the line I just left. I said I didn't have that much time to go back through a line, then I was told to go through degital pay.i asked for help but she insist that I went back through the line so I left now I'm here with the complaint because I still didn't get what I came for.

Usually they are fast but this one time they were taking forever and all I wanted was a replacement card which I didn't get...I understand you want to create a bond with your customers but some people do have lives

The black over set lady with twists in her hair was politely LAZY. she is so lazy and maneuvers her way out of helping any way she possibly can just because she doesn’t feel like it.

This is a mixed review. I have been coming to this location for about 6 years now. Your tellers are great, couldn't be happier with them when I get to the window. The problem is getting to the window... I come here to make deposits for my business. First, you cut the merchant drive up, then the merchant teller. Then you cut your hours during the week and on Saturdays. Now you have cut the drive through because "more people wanted to see the tellers up front" as Deryll explained to me. But every time I have been there since the drive through closed, there has been 1 teller working. I am aware people can deposit on their phones or ATMs but I cannot because I am here for a business. Now the days I am the only one working, I have to close my store for 45min to an hour and a half to stand in line at this bank. That's time and business that I am losing. It is also arguments I am getting in because people show up to pay and I am not here. This is in no way acceptable. I will not take it out on your tellers, they are wonderful and continue to be in the face of the anger they are getting from a lot of people. I know this will not effect how you choose to do your business. It's about profits, not people. At least give the tellers a raise since they are the face of the poor choices you make.
