Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Foothill Blvd, La Verne

Worries customers services and long lines and only 2 tellers. My dad can't see well and he is having trouble on his credit card and they tell him you need to call the number on the card. He did that 6 times already and still no one here would help him

Horrible Bank!!!! Bank of America LaVerne branch is a horrible bank. My Dad has had an account with them for 30 plus years. He had a stroke and was hospitalized. I flew in from Seattle to assist him. He needed a hospital bed and wrote me a check out of his B of A account to cash and buy his bed. The branch wanted to charge me $8.00 to cash it. I explained the circumstances and had he could not come in but they didn’t care. Really, no compassion or concern. I decided to call and speak with the branch manager but call go to a 800 number clearly meant for existing customers. No way to inquire. Wow, again what horrible customer service. Now I need to find a local family member to borrow the money until Dad is well enough to go in to the bank. I can’t even comprehend such ridiculous rules and lack of empathy. I wouldn’t even rate it a one star.

Poor customer service, staff and bank manager make you feel more if a bother and nuisance opposed to a customer. I dread having to go inside this bank every time. Closing account soon

These guys are slow, customer comes second at this branch & always understaffed.

My first time and my last time service real bad service .with this man i not know his mane but he is African american he give me bad service he need more training i fell sorry for he

Horrible customer service!! Don’t bother to come here and try different location nearby if have any questions about EDD. I will not visit this location ever again!

Conveniently located, love using the outside tellers. It makes my life and errands so much easier versus having to go inside the bank.

May I suggest to have an extra teller to help us and try to keep personal conversations to a minimum there is always a lot of people waiting for long periods of time and also if your tellers are new don’t leave then alone make sure they are properly/fully trained otherwise you will continue to have long waiting lines there’s a lot of us that have many other things to do then spend more than 30 minutes in line to make transactions

Outstanding customer service by Rosa and Dominic, they really help me with an urgent banking need, kudos to Bank of America.

Although the lines here are usually long, they move quickly. The workers are also friendly and nice.
