Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Moraga Way, Moraga

I love Bank of America in this place very much.All the people working so nice .I wish this branch reopen soon.My family and all my friends live in Moraga wish you open forever.please.

This review is for Hector Medina in Moraga Branch and her manager. I was in this branch later in the day towards closing time. I wanted to close my accounts. First they said you need to make an appointment but then the branch manager said you can sit and wait and we help you shortly. After than Hector took it over and he was very helpful, professional and polite. I have to say after so many years one of my rare good experiences. So he and his manager both deserved to receive this review. They helped me even after they closed the door in their after hours. Thank you Hector.

The website is completely incorrect. Got to the branch to learn it is only open on Wednesdays. BofA customers should all be looking for a new bank.

Long line with 1 Clark. Come on BofA, what happen to 3 is a Crowd and they have the shortest business hours of the Big 3 banks

Honestly just really bad service. Took me 4 days just to get a bank account and I didn’t even get it at Bank of America because they said we had to make an appointment for it. After we did, the day we got there for the appointment, the manager said “oh yeah we can’t do that right now.” She said they couldn’t open my bank account and checkings account for another 45 minutes.The manager there just hates her job. She made sure her customers left right away so she wouldn’t have to deal with them. Well, we did, but in a way that wouldn’t satisfy the manager. After saying they were “unable” to open my bank account, my parents and I stepped right into Wells Fargo, their rivals, right across the street from Bank of America and they were able to set up my bank account immediately and all we did was walk in. Wells Fargo treated my parents and I very well and got my bank account with no issues. It only took around a half an hour to open my bank account at Wells Fargo. The people there at Wells Fargo just seemed to like their jobs and even if they didn't, they still treated u well. Bank of America here in Moraga has horrible service and the manager there makes sure no one walks in. A guy at Bank of America was waiting for 30 minutes just to deposit a check. Honestly, Wells Fargo is the way to go.

Teller service very,very poor......long lines one teller seldom two. Frustrating!! Under staffed, high turnover. Really, a branch that has apparently been abandoned by the BoA management! BoA’s image is being tarnished!!

Always a line. Customer service is lacking. Truly hourly employees. I will be banking elsewhere.
