Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Devonshire St, Chatsworth

The evaluation score on the map does not match my actual feeing.I went there three times before and after,and I think people are very enthusiastic.At least the overall service should be above 4 stars. There is definitely something for improvement,such as providing a swift checklist for newcomers to open an account. Anyway,I think this rating is underrated.

I totally disagree with the previous comments of that person. My banker was very professional and kind and even though the investment guy wasn't there last week my banker and I wish I could remember his name but I don't have his card front of you right now walked me through everything open my new account an account good information and also the location is very easy for me branch location is so convenient for me. Maybe it's just because I deposited a bunch of money are my past relationship with B of A for business and personal but I totally like it there. Yeah there are some lines for the tellers but with the covid stuff and stuff they're just looking out for our safety. Highly recommend this team of professionals!

I wish there was a 0 star. Very bad customer service at this location. The manager gave me incorrect information and I found out about it when I called the fraud department myself. The manager was not helpful at all and let me leave the bank with frustration. I'm planning to close my account with Bank of America because of the bad service that I've received. It's been more than a decade that I'm their customer and I am sure that's not the way to serve clients. I definitely will not return to this locations anymore.

look im the last one to complain about anything. But when its Friday 5pm and you only have two bank tellers helping and there's a line of 10 people. ridiculous! The tellers are beyond helpful but lets hire more. please

Rude.... every time... always busy with only 1 or 2 tellers while others just stand around or sit at desks

In Google maps app it shows open, but I'm coming second day this week and it's close.

This branch never seems to have enough tellers to adequately help the traffic that banks there. I have to deposit my rent check here and more times than not there is a line of six or more people and only two tellers at the windows. If you are planning to open an account here and you like in-branch banking...prepare to wait. I do my personal banking at Wells Fargo and I am typically in and out much faster. I would never open an account here.

Drive up ATM DOESN'T work. Had to call the number on the ATM had to waited 10 to 15 minutes in front of the ATM till it worked again. The worst part is that they knew the ATM WASN'T work but they don't do anything about it. Had to file a claim waited 30 to 35 minutes to talk to someone. About an hour I wasted because of BofA thanks for nothing BofA.

Not sure what is going on here, but they're down to 1 ATM machine here and it's been like this for MONTHS!!! DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL RIGHT NOW. Also their branch is never open either

Have visited here once or twice. You wouldn't know if they had a back parking lot unless you explored the place a bit. They do have a back parking lot. And this is one of the old Bank of Americas in Chatsworth. Same old location and same bank of america. I havent been inside since my last time which was probably back in the 90s or 00's. So, not sure really if they had remodled inside or not. But from the outside, it still looks like it has been when i was a teenager.
