Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Broadway, Depew

If I could give this branch a zero, I would. Horrible experience with Abigail. After notarizing one document she told us we had to go somewhere else and pay to have our documents notarized. The branch was not busy and we had a half hour appointment. She gave us 10 minutes and she spent half that time asking for help from her supervisor because she had no idea how to notarize.

Hi, Stopped into your Depew (Broadway) branch today 1/17/2019 to have a Teller break a $100 bill that I received from your Outdoor ATM a few days ago. Haven’t used your ATM in awhile and found that on larger requests for money, it now issues $100 bills where before it was $50. Found this odd as there are establishments that would prefer to not break $100’s but do break $50’s. So I asked the Teller if she would break the $100 while presenting my Merrill Lynch Bank Card and asked her politely “When did they switch the ATM’s and software to Issue $100 Bills. My request was met with silence as she pushed 5-20’s toward me. So I politely said again “the machine used to issue 50’s & 20’s, when did they change it ?” , to which she replied “ I don’t know, I wasn’t in the Board Room when they made that decision” Really, Just what I need to hear from a Bank Teller. I again politely said “ Thanks for that sarcasm” and left. I rarely stop into banks as for the most part I have no need to anymore but when I do I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a little salesmanship from the Teller. She could have deflected the question easily enough but chose to represent BOA in this manner - totally unprofessional IMO. Just wondering how many others are treated to this form of contact when they have the misfortune of her attention ?

The staff at this bank have always treated us unfairly, and are very rude. The bank manager is nasty to us as customers, very depressing . And being the only branch and atm in our area, we are stuck with this treatment.

Always very friendly wonderful service despite some flamboyant trump supporter trying to start an argument with the nice workers.

Not super impressed with their banking practices or customer service.

I’m surprised at the low rating, because I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is always very friendly, & extremely helpful. They answer any questions I may have, & generally make the process as fast & hassle free as possible.

Worst experience ever. Hate this place. Waited in line 20 minutes and one said anything

Rude employees they act like they are annoyed by the customers. I BELIEVE IF YOU DONT LIKE YOU JOB make a change do not work with customers.

The worst bank I have ever had as soon as my paycheck clears I'm closing my account
