Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

There are only two tellers at a time. Some keep asking for my social security number and I never had to do this before. I refuse to use any cards.I like being in control of my money, not worrying if the bank will make a mistake and then I won't have any money until they fix the problem.

The worst service ever! Nine people standing around plus a manager and an assistant manager but only one window was open! This is outrageous! More than 18 people waiting inside and a lot waiting outside! This is way too dangerous specially during COVID19!!!!

The line for the ONLY teller is almost to the door, the length of the building twice. There are 3 other people working here tapping on computers and ignoring us. How about hiring enough people to take care of your customers? Should I have to allot 30-45 minutes to cash a check? Horrendous customer service is one of the myriad reasons I don't bank with B of A.

Long waiting time, they only have 2 bank tellers at any given time, any day of the week. If theirs 40 people in line they refuse to open a third teller, I've been here on a Friday with the line out the door and they still only have 2 people working. If you can avoid this bank location you should, now I rather drive a few extra miles for better, and faster service. Zero stars if I could

this bank is a joke! on maps it says that they close at 4, I arrived at 3:35 and they no longer let me in !! Besides, most of the banks are closed, they should close a little later right?

First, they shut down the entire building in Downtown, closest to me; then the one on Rancho was closed without an explanation, just a small sign. I came to this branch as a third option: one cashier, 16 people in line…. Tedious, terrible representation

This location is always busy, and under staffed. It's still amazing what the employees do, they are always helpful and kind. Bridget, the manager was super helpful, and answered all my questions. I was really impressed by her. .
Hi Edward. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Bridget was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. Have a nice and safe day. ^susan

Very poor management. 1 teller open. 10+ people in line. Everything is supposed to be back to somewhat normal. Review other statements and it seems to be par for the course. Other employees standing around talking to each other as if they don’t see customers in line. People working here must love it. They don’t appear to be held accountable for doing nothing. Bank manager needs to wake up and do what a manager is supposed to do. Run this bank with some sense of intent to take care of your customers. Must have asked some friends to put a nice review because what’s really going on in here is BS!!!

Only one teller open for more than 20 people in line. Other workers just chatting around instead of open more windows. I tried to speak with someone and they just gave me attitude saying there's nothing she could do. This location is giving a really bad reputation to BofA, they need to shut down this place if they can't handle it. Superiors need to do something about this, there's more people complaining about the same issue. Never conmig back to this branch, horrible experience.

This is the worst Bank I’ve been too, they have 1 bank teller all day with a line of 25+ at a time. All of the staff is completely incompetent, none offer any kind of help. They Say a wait time for specific things but the bankers sit at they’re desk doing nothing or walk around doing nothing. Who ever manages this Bank should be fired or properly trained as well as all the staff. If you do get some kind of help they are very rude and unprofessional to say the least.

This bank is in compliance with social distancing. Their were only 2 tellers on duty, however the wait wasn't too long. There were also 2 associates 5o help with no cash banking issues. The security guard was were very helpful with keeping distancing in order and tending to the help of those that had physical impairments.
Hello Rosalyn, Thank you for the positive review about your recent experience with Bank of America. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. ^phil

17 people in line when I arrived and only 1 Teller. I asked management if they had any other tellers and he said just 2 and immediately walked off. I think he knew what my other questions were going to be. It appears that management is a thing of the past because I'm from the generation that the title "manager" meant that the person with the title AND pay actually COULD and DID manage. I STRONGLY advise every one to avoid this branch until they announce new management. Especially if you're like me and you're limited to options. You could do yourself justice by Not giving yourself this branch as an option. Unfortunately I'm stuck waiting it out. I'll never come to this branch myself again, even under new management. Good luck!
