Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale

Closed randomly all too often for a week at a time - when it's open, there are usually long lines and either 1 teller or none at all. Super disappointing! Also always closed on Saturdays! 👎

Walked in to deposit checks for my business. The teller ( a Gentleman with glasses) wasn't very friendly or helpful so I just left. Attempting to keep physically going to the bank to make sure people like him are still needed instead of just taking a picture of checks amd depositing it that way. Will not visit this branch again.

Teller was rude and the manager told me “that she did not want a banker to waste their time helping me”. This was about reopening an account that was closed. Poor customer service. The Merrill Lynch rep at this location was not helpful either. (Separate instance). Was side tracked with other things like texting on his phone which added about 15-20 minutes to the process and conversation.

As a Bank of America customer most of my life, this is absolutely the worst run branch I have ever seen. Customer service is nonexistent. The morale at this branch must be at rock bottom. Leadership is unfriendly and uncaring.

Bank of American doesn't care your small Business, they said : “Whatever you Want to go, and I don't care” , Also they will charge tHe money on the account whenever they like. No solutions.

Horrible customer service from Bank of America the corporation. I should not need an account with BofA to cash a check drawn by BofA. BofA has a contract/account with the State of Arizona for dispursing funds but BofA won't cash my check because I don't have an account with them. It is exactly why I don't have an account with BofA....big corporate America cheating the little guy again!!

"I wish I was never even born!". Untill I started Standing post here and realized how lucky I am to have had a loving wife that would put up with me and my bad breath that would deter the most bank robbers, "Good morning?".."Ahhhhhh fak!". Thanks to a BofA customer that had asked me if I was married and how sorry he was for her.."Basterd!". "I thought I was grumpy". Until I started covering for Ofc. Leigh that made me want to open an account here. The way they treat customers and the way they treat each other. Even I can tell they miss their G4S-BPO of ten years..Ofc. Leigh. Despite being Scottsdale there is no rest for the wicked as having two BMA "customers" get dropped off at the bus stop and having to cross the street to enter the banking center is a little fishy. Especially if they had just drove around the bank before being drop off. Since there's no apparent reason to stop them as even criminals have rights. Since there's no signs of weapons, ski masks, facial concealment or signs of hostility. Having a metal plate replacing what use to be a window would make me wonder if a gun fight was ensued here or how many times they had to call in the bomb squad to send in the robot. Seems like we have ninjas among us as this bank would get robbed by night but not on my watch during the day. This is the bank where Gregory from 6501 N. Scottsdale rd and Jessica from 9170 E. Shea Blvd started and never forgot how they treated me..With respect and dignity, no wonder why this bank has longtime loyal customers. Greg must've missed me as I have no idea how he was able to breach into one of our clean rooms over at Medtronics in Tempe,AZ... Chad: "Those are some powerful words".

Absolutely the best bank that we've ever visited. The entire staff is knowledgable, efficient, and always willing to help. Monica, Megan, Layla, and Janessa are absolutely amazing. They obviously take pride in their work and truly value their customer relationships. Thank you ladies, you're the best! Clark & Ali Stahl

Not very helpful. And different information from the phone line, to the bank attendant.

Place said they were busy with clients when they were empty. Try and pawn you off on the automative customer service which doesn't help you that well and is glitchy (disconnects randomly sometimes). Worst customer service.
