I always get kind and professional service here. I don’t have any idea why it has so poor ratings. Keep it up, BofA!

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! . Me and my husband, both Preferred rewards platinum honors members went here to open a business account. We found here a very unprofessional and amateur bank employee. Her name is Assel Alibayeva. She opened the account wrong. After 2 weeks she called me and said that I need to go to the bank again to reopen my account because they did a mistake. So I lost another day with them , I ordered again new cards, new checks...This time the manager helped me . His name is Michael Scott ,amateur, unprofessional and unhelpful, too. After some weeks I realized that they didn’t link the accounts and they didn’t informed me regarding the monthly fees and how to avoid them . Please if you don’t want to loose your time don’t go to this place. You will need to spend hours and hours on hold to fix what this guys did wrong. Please take my advice, never work with Assel Alibayeva and Michael Scott.

I rarely go to the branch as 99% of what we as consumers need is on line. But in the past two times I have needed an in person appointment, Alexander McHenry has been so helpful. I see other reviews not as positive on BOA, but if you want an exceptional experience, go visit Alexander.

I’ve been banking with BofA for almost 20 years. This banking center couldn’t be more poorly run. I went in for a wire transfer and was turned away and told to make an appointment online. Time for a new bank!!!

Mark was so helpful! I had a problem with an account and he listened to the full story before making multiple calls on my behalf to get the problem resolved. I would definitely recommend this Bank of America branch.

The line is long here and they have one teller even though there were other people working that day. I got foreign currency and the teller counted it behind his screen without showing me the denominations and made a snarky comment when I recounted it again.

I love BANK OF AMERICA and particularly this location. The client service people are extremely nice, knowledgeable and polite. I want to mention how great are Assel, Jace and Alexander. Thank you guys so much for all your help and being so profound and professional !

Have been banking with BOA for decades with a preferred customer status and have never been treated worse than this: came in Saturday... The manager was snobbish and unhelpful. For most of the time I was the only customer yet she wouldn't help in spite of the issue I was having with the teller. The teller was doing her best to use any power she had to make me come back another day. Through and through, both the teller and the manager had 0 customer service passion or skills.

I met with a women named Assel, she was extremely helpful and kind- couldn’t have asked for better service.

Was racially profiled first time I came here. Never more than 1 teller working. Doesn't matter what time of day.
