Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Kyle Centre Dr, Kyle

I had to drive to Kyle from San Marcos because our San Marcos branch is closed. I came to get some change and the tellers were rude. They act like they are doing me a favor but it's my money they are using to male money. Let's go back to Customer Service, when it was nice to interact with a Customer. I was polite, no need to be upset.

Definitely would never bank with BOA. 49 minutes to cash a $1400 check like if I had brought a million dollar one. After the first line to the teller who doesn't even ask to see my id but has me sit to wait for a manager to verify the extremely high and unusual amount the check was written for, I guess. Then after being fingerprinted by the manager I was put back in line to go back to the same lone teller to finally get my cash.(minus an $8 fee of course) Save yourself the hassle and other people's time if you write checks and go with some other bank . Worst bank ever

if I could give no stars I would. I came to this location to cash a check and also inquire about opening an account. After waiting 10 minutes which was not so bad to reach a teller I had to wait again for my check to be verified when it was my turn for check to be verified the branch manager pulled someone else out of the line to assist them and I ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes until I got tired of waiting and just went to my own bank.

It never fails everytime I go in for a simple deposit that takes literally 2 minutes I spend more then 15-20 mins waiting in a line because they only have one teller working but yet have another 2 behind the window working watching the line get longer and Longer. Definitely need to be better with costumer service

What kind of a bank never answers a landline? Customer service had me on the line 3 different times. 1 hour each. If you have issues, the only one that can solve them is Miss Monica at this location. An amazing Bank of America team member. Be sure to spend 7 hours just to solve a debit card that doesnt work.

horrible SUPER slow pace here, Hilda is by far the slowest teller i have ever seen and its not the first time as i have been having to come here as they closed my local branch. there is no sense of urgency with lines of up to 10. clients waiting!! Luis and team walk in front of huge line with no communication and as if they could care less. i mean put another teller to assist if you know you have Hilda who is super slow to make up for her pace.... so frustrating.

Paulene and the employee she manages (I forgot his name) were extremely nice and helpful when I was opening a savings account. The teller was also great.

Poor customer service. I wasn't greeted by any of the 3+ associates working. I waited in line, the only person mind you, and wasn't informed of a wait time, a status, or a "we'll be with you momentarily." I decided to just use the ATM and then go back inside to get change, not being greeted again by any associate on staff in the lobby. In my experience, BoA associates greet you as soon as you walk in and they have an associate man the desk and sales floor greeting and helping customers with questions, etc. This was not the case here. I will not use this BoA in the future. Very unwelcoming.

I am in disbelief reading all the negative reviews about this BoA location. I came in here today in order to open a new checking account, and was blown away by the customer service level and care of every single BoA employees/reps. I’ll go in order here: Laura, Paulene, Chris, and Jean, were all outstanding (people), and have superior customer service skills. I was assisted by Paulene for the majority of my time there today, and her people skills are off the charts. Thank you so much Paulene 😃👍🙏! Thank you BoA team for helping me open my new account today, and making me feel welcome. I REALLY appreciate all your help today, thank you.
