Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Stratford Dr, Bloomingdale

The company that I work for opened a business account to make business deposits and when I ask for change or coins, the lady behind the counter never has it available. but I already talked to the administration about what is going on this bank and they are seriously thinking about closing the account👎

This bank is terrible! Today I wanted to deposit money in the atm of course that isn’t working nor can you use the drive up tellers! So I have to go in the teller is friendly and tells me it’s not working because someone put something in it they shouldn’t have. This bank also doesn’t except change since they don’t have a machine they can send your change out and it will take two weeks to get it back! What bank doesn’t have a coin machine?

Terribly understaffed. Expect to wait upwards of 30 mins (I don't blame the poor staff, but you all need to hire more people to help them vs expecting 1 person to run all the car ports & the inside)

People working at this location need to learn how to answer phone calls. I was suppose to be receiving a phone call from the manager today and nobody called me. I tried calling and there is no answer. I'm tired ob BOA and canceling my account as soon as I can.

Only one ATM and it ate my pay check and half the time it doesn't work. Have like 2 or 3 managers inside and only 1 teller.

Worst bank ever It has very poor customer service they act like we are a problem like we are bothering them. Very understaffed the new guy there is awesome I like him! Bankers just standing around not doing anything you stand in line forever. They have lost my bank deposit bag from over the weekend numerous times. Called to find out about certain things wrong with transactions they say they will look into it and call us back never do!! I'm not not exaggerating it is this bad!! I have kept my mouth closed long enough. What bank does not have the drive thru open on the weekend?? This bank. Worst ever!!!

If I could give these a-holes a 0 or negative star rating, I would. These douchbags wouldn't help me out with sending money to someone's account, even though I told them that I didn't have the time to go get a check (I had cash), and that I'm doing it on behalf of someone else. The snobs refused to help. Told them whatever and left.

Terrible Customer Service!!! DO NOT GO HERE. No one was wearing name tags Very discriminatory looking me up and down in my dirty work clothes. Wouldn't cash my money. Going to a different bank.

We made deposits - two checks are now missing and they are deducting those amounts.

Four lanes, one ATM for drive though. What is this, 1985? To add, Saturday morning and all the ATMs are down. All being one single ATM...
