Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) El Camino Real, Carlsbad

This is the worst branch in the north county! It has one teller. Just go the the San Marcos branch. I’m so stressed out every time I come here. I have all my services with Bofa or else I would leave to another institution.

Jorge Valenzuela (the market manager of this Bank of America and other nearby branches) had at least 3 different employees test positive for Covid-19 at his Rancho Encinitas branch during this pandemic and each time Jorge attempted to keep the Encinitas branch open for as long as possible without notifying customers of the infections until the bank’s safety department shut it down to reduce exposure. This is unacceptable behavior and violates every health and safety code there is. Get this guy removed from his position.

Convenient bank location at El Camino and La Costa. Parking lot and entrance is in back with plenty of parking. It has never been crowded when I went there. The staff and managers are very pleasant and helpful, but if you need to see someone besides a teller, you should make an appointment, which you can do online or by phone. There is a notary public onsite too, but you should make an appointment to see her too.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was in line for 45 minutes because they only had one teller and when I complained the teller said there are other branches that I could go to. I will definitely take my business elsewhere and close my account. The worst customer service ever!

I scheduled an appointment for a notary. They call me 30 minutes prior and say "We dont do this kind of notary". Me: "what kind?". She: " the kind youre requesting". Me: "what kind do you do?" She: "Every other kind". Me: "ok can i read these guidelines somewhere because id like to know what i can and cant do" She: "no theres no document" Me: "Is this the banks guideline or your choice?" She: "Bank guidelines" All I wanted is a notary on a document that would state that we are our sons parents.

Save your time this awful one teller I came in to get a cashiers check the ladies been there for a long time try to get it check she asked me 1000 questions the last thing she asked me for was my Social Security number I was sitting down she didn’t think I was watching her she wrote it in her notebook when I address her on it she got super offensive even the chiller next-door grabbed a little piece of paper and said every time we write a social we tear up the paper which she did hear of the paper but the lady didn’t notice I was watching her and she wrote it in the notebook she had no reason to ask for my Social Security number because it’s a company account under Federal tax ID number doesn’t even have a Social Security link to it customers be where she seems to be a Middle Eastern probably trying to steal personal identification you’ve been worn do yourself a favor go back to Wells Fargo close your account which I’m going to do today

What everyone else says. 1 teller massive line. Service here is an absolute joke. Come on B of A your customers are telling you to fix a problem month over month do something about it!

Walked out after nearly 30 minutes. One teller. Total waste of time. And be careful in the parking lot because I was almost run over.
