Bank of America Video Banking W 104th Ave, Westminster

Bank of America closed out my accounts because I reported fraud. They treated me as if I had done something wrong when all I was trying to do was report a dispute someone had made in my account. It's very disturbing and disappointing to be treated as such by such an established chain.

This is absolutely horrible. What is the point of this if you endlessly try to “tap to start video chat” and nothing happens. Come on guys you are a multi billion dollar company and you cannot make a kiosk work??

Take your business literally anywhere else

We are trying to get a certified check to close on our new mortgage. We couldn't even get into this location to attempt to use the video banking feature. Our debit cards work just fine for purchases but apparently not to get us in to the building. Hard pass. If this is the way BofA is going, it's time to switch banks. We've been cardholders since 1996 but we're done.

They do not have your health or safety in mind. They are not helpful. Most annoying thing is their phone calls go to some 800 number; they do not have people answering calls at this location.

This place is basically an ATM with expensive rent. No one is here to help you with anything.
