    I walked in with my 76 year old father who had questions regarding an account and was sent away by another local branch to fend for himself. Rachel was kind and helpful and took care of everything with a smile. Thank you so much for your help!

    I went to this branch this morning trying to get a chashier's check for earnest to purchase a home and the teller Shawnte and assistant manager Claudia was asking us for our State ID or Driver's license and address to the company that the check is for. I informed them I had never been asked this before why now? They told me it was Bank of America's system that was asking for the information not them personally. My husband then clarified with the Bank Manager if it was only there location or all Bank of America's locations and she said it was all locations. Well we tested their statement and went to another branch and we left with our cashier's check without giving them an address to the company it was for nor my driver's license my debit card and pin number was my identity.

    I advise NO ONE to go there, I just left and they are HORRIBLE. I pretty sure they just PROFILED us RACIALLY 🤔. Went there with one of their checks from a insurance claim. Here comes the STUPID questions like " Who's check is this, did this check come to you, what did you get the check for, do you have a account ANYWHERE else. They were asking personal questions PROFILING US. THEY have HORRIBLE SERVICE. Going through ALL of that for a check that is there's!! We will be talking to some attorneys on that matter!😠😠😠

    Suffices to Say Bank of America is not the bank of old such as LaSalle Bank which I have been banking with since 2002. Today, after having an unexpectedly rude and dismissive encounter with a teller/supervisor named Claudia at this branch, I have decided to go ahead with my thoughts to remove all of my funds from Bank of America and to discontinue all business with them. I can remember going to the bank and having such a pleasant experiences with the tellers. Today it was made clear that those days are long gone.

    I wanted to open an account for my business but I witness the manager Claudia being really rude to a man while I stood in line. I know her name because the poor guy was so frustrated he just asked her name and left out clearly upset. Also a lady was sitting at a desk talking really loud to a guy on speaker phone about her birthday party. Unprofessional is an understatement.

    Only go to Bank of America if you enjoy getting your account over drawn by 300 dollars and over drawn. And rather than reach out to you, they have a terrible automated phone system that will take you through a loop the entire time. Only bank with this company if you enjoy the WORST customer service experience that I personally have ever encountered. I would give them negative stars if I could.

    Bank Manager handled a transaction of a significant sum of money to open a new checking account. Received 1st statement 4 wks later--guess what? The beginning & end balance ZERO. What happened to the MONEY, why & how?!? This branch much, much worse than I could ever imagine .

    I don’t understand why Claudia is still the manager at this branch after reading the reviews. Bank hours online should match what time they are open, not the home made sign on the window. I guess someone had some where to go. First you close branches, then shorten hours, close the drive thrus, you can’t blame everything on COVID-19. Then you tell us to pay everything online. Why do we need Claudia??????

    The branch manager Patrick was very unprofessional. Also one of the associates was on the phone with me as I was pulling into the branch at 4:58. I told them i had an emergency while on the phone and needed to make a withdrawal. Walked to the door at 5pm on the head and was denied service. They hung up on me as I was pulling into the lot to hurry and lock the door. Chase would never do anything like that. Manager Patrick backed their play on the issue. Customer service did however rectify it by letting me get more out of the atm. Otherwise the rating would be 0. This branch is garage

    This branch is only good for basic transactions. Otherwise save your frustration for better customer service elsewhere. A few simple fixes would make a tremendous difference. 1) Have the Branch Manager or designee actually greet customers and determine the nature of their visit. 2) Have a sign in sheet with times so you can track how long someone has been sitting in the lobby for help. 3) Be the expert about banking at your own bank! They never seem to have answers and when as for their advice they look pitiful and say "sorry, I don't know." I'm at your establishment looking for guidance..."I don't know" is not an appropriate response. You can add "but let me figure it out" and you go from the source of my rage to my friend and problem solver. 4) Have a notary on hand at all times. There are 7 employees in this branch, on the floor, as I type, on a Saturday morning, and not one of them is a notary. Dumbest and most inefficient mess ever! I have to find a notary and then go to another branch to handle my business. This branch sucks.
