Bank of America Financial Center Reviews

Sebrina and Yushan Chen are friendly, professional, patient and helpful. Excellent job, well done!

Alvin Wan is the best banking specialist there!! My father recently passed and I was trying to help my mom get her affairs in order. Initially the bank wasn’t going to be able to help us without an appointment. But with everything going on making an appointment has been difficult and even trying to plan a week in advance all the late meeting were booked. Trying to balance a full time job and support a passing parent is rough! Thanks to Alvin, we were able to make a sad and frustrating process better. Alvin jumped in and spent his closing hours to help us. He spoke Cantonese with my mom and explain all the banking issues patiently and accurately. Thanks for saving the day Alvin Wan!!

They totally change the way to cash your check you been work hard to get it. If there is a $900 amount of the check . They can not cash .you need to deposit . Till next day you can get your money. unprofessional when they tell you go to wellsfargo to cash it. if you need money..totally disappointed

Very bad service we were sitting for an hour and there were 3 people who left us for the same reason that they had been waiting for a long time also they were only choosing those who had an appointment if they did not want to attend they would have told us that we had to make an appointment no having us sit for an hour there very bad customer service they asked us if we had an appointment after 1 hour sitting and we said no that then they ignored us and I continue with those who had an appointment I do not recommend this place.

Typical BOA, lines always out the door with only 2 tellers working. Location is clean, tellers are nice, but no regards for customer’s time with so many empty teller windows.

This used to be my goto BoA branch because they used to be open until 6 and Su was the best Manager in the business with strong support from Sabrina Lee, the world's best Banking Specialist. Sadly the pandemic has obliterated customer service at this branch. Su is gone, they close at 4 and many banking services are impossible to get accomplished after lunch. No foreign currency exchange, no wire transfers without banker assistance, no banker assistance without an appointment. I can't remember the last time in a year I've waited less than 30 minutes to reach a teller and I can recall many times I've waited closer to an hour. I have sciatica and it is extremely uncomfortable for me to have to stand in line for 30-60 minutes. I won't ever be visiting this branch again and am strongly considering moving my business to another bank out of disgust. If it weren't for the unsurpassed competence, professionalism, charm and beauty of Banking Specialist Sabrina Lee I probably would have closed my BoA account today after the worst, in a long procession of increasingly unpleasant experiences with what used to be my preferred branch of my primary bank.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My aunt went in yesterday and had to close her personal saving and her grandson's because a man who works there did not want to accept one her grandson's pay check because he does not have an ID. He has his passport. He does not have his ID because he needs a SS card and the SS Admin is closed because of the pandemic. I will find out his name and blast him in all social media! So pathetic! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER BOA FIRE ALL NON HELPFUL EMPLOYEES!

Sabrina was very accommodating and helpful even if we didn’t have an appointment. 👍👍 BA is lucky to have her as an employee.

Lines are always super long with only One or two tellers working. It’s so annoying to see an employee carry a iPad asking customers why they’re there for. Seems like no matter what the answer is, they still can’t help you with their stupid iPad! Useless!!!
