I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and this week I received a letter warning me that my account will be permanently closed in 21 days. No reason, no explanation, not even a previous notification about this decision. My advise is to take your money out of this bank asap! This bank uses your hard earned money to their benefit and once they believe you’re of no use, they will close your account with no reason whatsoever. Extremely shady, get your money out and find a bank that actually cares about their customers.

Apparently corporate could care less about their customers. 2 of the local branches have been shut down for 2 years now since COVID started. Every day there is a line out the door and only 2 tellers. BANK OF AMERICA IS THE WORST BANK AROUND. I can’t wait to close all our family accounts here. Hey BofA corporate, wake up and open your eyes.

The customer serice is non existent at this location.Bank of America should do something to resolve this matter since every one seems upset. Donot try to go to Managers since its the waste of time.

This B of A has the worst customer service. It is the closest bank to my home but if I have the option, I will always drive to another location. Dulce declined to help my newly adopted twin daughters because they were closing in 20 min. They had no one waiting for personal bankers so this is just not the customer service I expect from my financial institution. Drove across the street and the bank was also closing soon but actually got great customer service. So I will be moving my account from B of A as well.

Absolutely the WORST branch I’ve ever stepped into. I can in with my mom and waited patiently for a banker. Remind you, other people are also waiting patiently. The relationship manager Desiree yelled at me for a mask! Two feet from my face and yelled at me! She walked from across the room, straight to my face! Rather than ask me to wear a mask, she yelled straight in my face! SHE STARTLED EVERYONE SITTING IN THE WAITING AREA! I’m happy to wear one, but this is unacceptable! If she can’t communicate with clients in a polite way, she shouldn’t be working in a customer service environment! In the 30 min of waiting, people have walked in and out without a mask and weren’t yelled at! What is disgrace!

I have called this branch repeatedly over and over again today, during their prescribed business hours, but evidently they do not have the time to answer their incoming phone calls.

Can I give ZERO stars??? First, you have to jump through hoops to get an online appointment--and the very fact that I was able to get one for the next day SHOULD have been my first clue that their system wasn't working. Yep, you guess it. Got there waiting for 6 minutes while the "branch manager" chatted up a guy in line, then went outside and chatted up the security guard--basically appeared to have no job besides being "friendly." When he heard me tell the guy behind me in line that I couldn't understand why BofA was paying someone to sit around and talk, he finally decided to deal with the line that had developed while he was out front. And then there's NO appointment in the system. And in case you are wondering why we suddenly even need an appointment, I know someone who works in banking--the bank staff are busy making sales calls between their appointments. This blasted bank has gotten so focused on "selling" their services that they're losing their established customers left and right. I have NO interest in going back!!

I been going to Humberto for 7+ years at the Laguna Niguel branch and he moved to his location, and I’m following him to there even it’s a little bit of drive, BUT he deserve it. I never find someone can understand me or get what I want for my personal, business, my daughter or my husband account as him!! The BEST guy at Bank Of America is him (Humberto) is number ONE!!!!
