Bank of America Financial Center New Los Angeles Ave, Moorpark

Bank of America is so trash first of all let’s start with my first issue of just this week my checking account is supposed to decline charges that overdraft if it isn’t a subscription. The account got over charged this week for a purchase from a store not subscription. The last time I set up this account with a team member they assured me many times that my account would not be over charged, but it did. Second issue with this bank this WEEK is I called to get information on my credit card they were useless to me, did not help whatsoever. They transferred my call to another department and it was a stupid machine for a very urgent matter. The machine proceeded to hang up on me after about 10 mins of being on the line. This isn’t the first time my call has been dropped on here. I called the bank again, they could not directly transfer me to someone who could help me with an urgent matter. How useless what kind of customer service is this when you have peoples money. Definitely will be closing at least my savings account with them because I know that’s how banks make money their customers, hit them where it hurts. Such bad customer service god do not recommend

This is the second time BofA has closed its doors to inside banking, Moorpark and the Simi Valley locations leaving us stranded, they blame it on Covid 19. BofA do not care about its customers

Customer service and specifically response times are ridiculous. I can't even reach anyone on the phone. I tried for 30min to call the branch with no answer. If I can't trust a bank to do something as simple as pick up a phone, I surely cant trust them with anything as complex as my money.

Just made a deposit there. After I said Thank you very much!”, The clerk answered “Ya”. I guess this is a new way to treat a customer. Never had this though.

First off horrible customer service I had to wait on the phone for so long this has happened multiple times, I don’t know why a place thats hold peoples money has such bad customer service they make it so difficult to talk to a real person. I do not recommend try online banks like Discovery or Ally, especially for your savings account if you need a checking account here I get it but if you need a savings account try one of those other banks. You’ll have a higher interest rate, I just switched all of my money from Bank of America to Discovery because there interest rates are double Bank of America‘s

Love all the people at this bank. Eddie was so helpful and really went the extra mile to get us the help we needed. The inside is really clean, and sanitized regularly. Very impressed.

The clerks are always kind and very helpful. The bank is easy to access and provides good service all around.

Very helpful and friendly staff, lots of free parking and two cash/deposit machines in the foyer. Very handy if you ate out shopping!
