Bank of America Financial Center Parker St, Vacaville

The old lady is rude and so mean, she throw my driver license like a trash, so disrespectfull and unprofessional, so sad my bussiness and my personal account already more than 30years with them and this old lady treat me like a trash !

The customer service at this location , has steadily gone down hill over the last few years. They are slow and unfriendly . I hate to even think about going in there . So much so, that I keep the least amount of money in that account.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This has to be by far the worse bank ever. They have terrible customer service and every time I go into this branch they have 6 people working but only 1 window open.

Crazy people with to much time on their hands will wait outside this bank from 8:45 until 9am when they open the doors. So show up at 9:10 and the line will be mostly clear.

Every time I go here there's 6 people in line and 1 teller. What should take 5 mins takes 20.

More fees than most banks, worse red tape, less options, the Vacaville branch in particular is about 50/50 chance to get pretty rigid customer “service”. You really are a collection of fees and cash to Bank of America. They’re a dinosaur trumpeting that they’ve survived the asteroid lol. But they haven’t evolved. Worthwhile businesses that protect your money treat you like you’re more important than the cash. BofA does not.

Long lines up to an hour waiting, not enough tellers, not open on Saturday. They are just doing a bad job period.

This is the worst bank even they took 126 dollars for legal fees? Never heard of that one also the customer service is terrible

Took $125.00 of our money. Said it was legal fees. Then why wasn't anything taken out for garnishment?

The only enjoyable thing about this bank is one really cute teller.
