Avoid this branch at all costs. The teller, Doris, was extremely rude. I wanted to do a foreign currency exchange. Her attitude was awful and she was not helpful. I talked to my brother who banks at BOA and he said was she the Indian teller? I said yes - he had issues with her as well. He told her "look, do you want to do this or are you too busy?" She needs to be retrained. She would not do my transaction and said I had to go to the Palo Alto branch. Again, avoid this branch - or if you do go...and you see Doris...wait for another teller!!!

Not helpful. Was directed to call customer service, which normally takes more than 1 hour wait time.

Avoid by all cost!!! March 11 2019. No parking at premises. You will spend another 20 min to park and walk. And 40 min because of only One operator and not qualified and has no idea what to do

I needed a notary signature for a document(just 1 page) for my son's birth certificate. After waiting for 30minutes, the notary there said that this is a special document and he couldn't do it. It's a standard county form, a birth certificate form. He tried to send me to the UPS office instead. Was he kidding me? He obviously was so lazy and didn't want to work at all. I went to the Chase office right across the street and they did it for 5 minutes. Such a bad experience.

Here is the email I sent to BofA corporate customer service. Not that it will do any good. I have had two experiences with BofA that I have never experienced with another bank. These two instances have been extremely stressful for me, along with the fact that your bank charges $8 for a person who does not have an account with BofA to cash a check from a person who does have an account with BofA. I do not see any justification for that fee. I do not have an account with Bank of America. The people that I work for do have an account with Bank of America and they pay me via their checking account. The wife is the one who has been signing the checks to pay me. She is the named account holder along with her husband for their joint checking account. The first issue was because the computers in the financial center only showed 6 months of signed checks and they did not see a signature from the account holder (wife) on another check from their account during that period of time. She had to come down and fill out a signature card. I thought that would have taken care of it, even though that was a huge hassle for her and I. It is not the account holder's or my fault that you do not keep longer records in your system to verify this account. Today I went to another financial center today and tried to cash another check from the same account holder. They came out and said that she went back a year and could not find a signature on a check from this account holder (wife) for this account even though I know there is one on file - the one I spoke of above. The most obvious question I have is why would she need to fill out a signature card if it is not going to help with this situation? I was told the signature card is for documentation and that examples of signed checks are for verifying signatures on checks. A signature card is to verify a signature whether it's on documentation or a check. What is the difference? Now I have to go back to these people, who live in a different city, to get another check signed by the husband. When you are making customers jump through unnecessary hoops just to have a check cashed from their own account, it just shows how out of touch you are with your customers. Now I am totally broke because you people don't want to verify a check with a client who has millions of dollars in their accounts and a signature card on file. There are major consequences for me not being able to get this money today. This will cause fees for other issues I am dealing with to increase and hopefully it will not be worse than that. This is truly unacceptable. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with my entire life. I do not understand why these issues cannot be dealt with on a case by case basis so people can get the money they desperately need, especially now. But I should not expect any compassion from a company with billions of dollars in profit. It truly is sad this is the way of the world instead of being empathetic, compassionate, and kind towards one another, especially the clients who make your company as profitable as it is. Thanks for nothing

Wait until they collected multiple overdraft payment without saying a word. Customer support staff do nothing and willing to close your bank account.
