Bank of America Financial Center S El Camino Real, San Clemente

I opened up my first small business here in 2010, and have always received great service. Sure, they were shut down like most other branches during the pandemic, but are re-opened with great hours, and have an awesome team, especially the manager Anna. Great experience, good listeners, and I felt like I was at a good old banking experience again. Thank you all, I really appreciate it and I intend on keeping all 14 accounts with you guys for a while. Kevin T.

Fair warning "Lobby Service" apparently means no actual human teller service - they have no cash. A bank with no cash which is a problem for Downtown businesses like ours that still takes cash. Either open this branch with full services or close so that we can move over to Farmer's for a full bank experience in an area actually relevant to us.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but under services offered they claim to cash non customer checks. They redirected me to another bank of America that does this because they claimed to only offer lobby services. This makes no sense businesses love to have a long list of services offered but don't actually offer these services. Time wasted.

Do not know why all the negative ratings. My debit card was compromised and I am from out of town. I went in to get a temp card and customer service was 5 star. Connie was amazing and had me back in business in very short order. Thank you Connie!!!

Terrible! Took 1 & 1/2 HOURS, TO ADD MY NAME TO MY ESTABLISHED FAMILY TRUST! With my elderly mother & proper id! Barbara is a unprofessional, incompetent, discriminatory jerk! Asking noisy, invasive, privacy violations about hospital visit. Yet, failing to get my email, until prompted.

The woman bank manager that speaks with an accent is the worst, most rudest person i ever dealt with in my life. This location has been shutdown 2 years. They finally open up go months without coins. Finally get it and what do they do? They act annoyed when you ask. They descriminate and are very racist. Stay away this bank manager should be fired. What a joke. I will be leaving Bank of America for good. This is the last straw. I was a paying customer since i was 16 years old and this is the worst experience I ever had in my life.

What's going on with lobby hours? Banks should be open from 9:00 to 6:00. I work until 5:00 everyday. I can't make it to a bank between 10:00 and 4:00. Pathetic and not acceptable.

Over the phone services for Preferred Customers are poor to non existent. Twice I have tried to wire money over a certain limit that is not allowed on the mobile banking app. It has taken me well over an hours worth of worry and phone calls to accomplish this each time. Chris at this location has given me his number to call directly when I have this sort of transaction problem. But when I call this number I always get the voicemail of someone else. They promise to call back before end of business day and do not. So I am left with nothing accomplished in a 24 hour period.

11 individuals in line for one window. The lady in the window (costumer) been at window for a good 12 minutes. Recommendations for costumers...please have all your information or whatever you are going to need before you reach the window. Instead of searching for the info in your phone, purse, pockets, etc, etc. It will save everyone else time. Thank you.
