I c they took down the atm machine, now they got the bank of America in the building or should I said where the olde Blockbusters use to be at, yes that one memory you just can't forget

I was in and out of this location in 15 minutes for a wire transfer. I called in advance to see if they had an appointment available, and Jonah scheduled me in for the next hour -- awesome! Upon walking in, Jonah, who was working with another client up front, noticed me looking around, and immediately greeted me and asked if I was there for our 3:30 appointment. He was super friendly and efficient. After a super quick transaction, two other BOA staff members pleasantly bid me farewell as I breezed out the door. Location is rather random so it was not busy when I went and the space is large and clean. They have dedicated parking around the back of the building so keep driving until you see the signs. It's a short walk from the parking deck to the front lobby.

Was physically assaulted by their staff when i tried to give them back a safe deposit box key for an empty box. They insisted that i wait and wait and stay there while they found the contract and went through their various procedures. I had canceled the box via a letter and it was empty, so returning the key was just a courtesy. When I gave the key to one of their staff, he became very angry and knocked my briefcase to the floor, spilling its contents, including several thousand dollars, and the would not back off to let me pick my stuff back up. Instead he kept hovering over me and kept coming back at me, like he was going to kick me when I was trying to pick up my stuff. I had call for security to get my money out of the bank. It was really weird and scary and totally inappropriate.

They definitely move pretty slow in this location. Terrible service if you ask me. One of the bank tellers kept looking at all of us standing in line but came walking away from her station.

This place sucks, and it sucks how Bank of America can’t afford more then one employee at the front desk. Be ready to wait!

The manager was so helpful and friendly. I went in the afternoon and there were only 2 other customers there. I made an appointment online easily 2 hours before and Nana answered all my questions and was incredibly efficient and polite. I would highly recommend this location. There is dedicated parking for Bank of America customers on the left side of the building when you pull in. If the spots up front are taken there is a free parking garage for Bank of America customers only, just past the first parking spots.

There is parking. The people in line before me had been waiting an hour and a half to open an account. And I had to wait over a half an hour just to get a replacement debit card. The people were not welcoming and they were slow and confusing. The one nice thing is that they let me wait in line even after the bank closed... at 4, which is impossibly early for anyone who works.

This is the second WORST Bank of America in the buckhead vicinity. There is always only one teller and no other help! Never!!! And the tellers are super non-chalant as if there are no other people in the line. The reps in the front of the bank offer no help!!!

I am a none BOA member, but to charge someone $10 to cash a check that came from a BOA member is really Dumb. Policy needs to be changed ASAP!

This is the second time I am coming to this bank and it’s the second time that only one staff if at front helping people. Worst bank ever.
