Worst Bank! I personally deal with Huntington Bank but I have to make deposits for the company I work for you at this location. Only one person working during lunch hour. Every time I wait at least half hour through the drive through. Why can’t they hire more people. You would never get this kind of service at any Huntington Bank locations! Ugh!

We were well recieved and the staff was very helpful. We just arrived in the US from Europe and this bank (at least this agency) is to be recommended. Thank you Sandra and Josh ! PS : No waiting time as we took an appointment.

Poor counseling on credit cards. No responsiveness on follow ups. Inaccurate information provided on maintenance fee. Planning to close my account and go back to my previous bank.

The ATM at this branch is ALWAYS down. There have been multiple instances where I've been unable to use the ATM because a serviceman was working on the machine. On othrr occasions I received a prompt on the ATM screen which informed me that deposits were currently unavailable. In today's edition of what's malfunctioning on your ATM, the check deposit feature was unavailable. This is the only ATM at any institution I've banked at where I have encountered any of these issues. I find it difficult to believe that there isn't a feature which BofA could implement which would notify their customers if an ATM machine is down.

The drive through had 3 cars , 4 people in line inside and one 1 teller working for both .. what’s up with that ??

This Bank of America location is a joke. I went in to continue my business with them as I have been for almost 30 years. I decide to get help through the drive thru and wait almost thirty minutes to complete my transaction but no surprise there is no movement so I decide to go into the bank. There are only two tellers with six guests waiting to be helped. I wait ANOTHER thirty minutes with absolutely no movement and all the bankers are not trained to complete simple transactions such as deposits. If a business wants to succeed they should either hire more employees or train their current employees to help their guests. Such a waste of my time today. Do better BOA.

Absolutely terrible. Will never return. We had an appointment and when checking in they had another person attached to our appointment and didn’t even have my name down. We wanted to open a joint checking account. 45 minutes went by and all that had been done was record my husbands address. They said they were experiencing technical issues. We switched to another office/computer. Again, had issues and could not set up account. Now an hour had gone by. She offered that we could come back another time. No way! I’ll go somewhere else!

Bank employee stood in lobby next to queue while a customer monopolized the only teller for fifteen minutes. Bank employee in lobby served no purpose and did nothing. Unbelievable and yet, perfectly in keeping with this bank’s reputation of terrible customer service. I just needed to make a simple deposit.

Have been waiting at this place for over 2 hours for opening an account despite few customers. Even upon asking the rep Darien, we were told to wait for the call and then an hour later, re assigned to another rep. Absolutely trash way to treat a new customer. Please avoid this branch at all costs.

Bringing new meaning to the term "bankers hours"
