    Maria and Nina were instrumental in helping my family solve a problem we were having navigating B of A's bureaucracy. My elderly mother and my sisters and I were extremely satisfied with the results of their efforts, and surprisingly happy with the speed with which they were able to accomplish things.

    If I could give negative stars… I would. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been in a rush and needed to count on this bank for something and the ATMS have either been “broken” or “can’t dispense cash” on top of the bank itself being closed. Leaving BoA as soon as possible

    I have been going to this bank for over 10 years. They are always nice and friendly but always seems to take a little longer than usual. Had to do a money transfer spike with Raphael Gallardo. This guy was absolutely amazing. Professional and very knowledgeable. He was right on top of everything I needed. If this is the kind of employees Bank of America has running their centers, they are in good hands. Thank you Raphael Gallardo. You were awesome.

    This branch has been okay until I had a mishap with mobile deposit of a $10,000 check that was rejected a few days after deposit. Long story short, mistakes were made on both side and I was lied to at least three different times. It cost $200 to stop the check and re-issue it from the other bank and I received zero helpful service from corporate or this branch (corporate directs such issues to branches to take care of). Icing on the cake that made me write this review was the branch manager calling me and yelling at me about the situation when I wasn't even being remotely disrespectful over the phone with her. Skip this branch and skip Bank of America. They just don't care at all. Best of luck to them with the coming wave of web based monetary systems brought on by distributed computing. Two stars because the people here genuinely try to help but they just don't know what they're doing sometimes...

    I created my account over 6 months ago and every time I come to cash an deposit my check from work, they take at least 7 and up to 10 business days for it. My first month they told me, that I was their new customer and they take 2 months to build relationships with me, so they have to make sure all my check are real. All my checks are from a big corporation! Ok, I was patient. It’s been over 6 months, and they still ask me to wait. So, I cannot wait anymore. I closed my account today. I believe it’ a good bank to others, but looks like not for me.

    Randomly changed their hours from 9am to 10am today. Now at 10am on the FIRST BUSINESS DAY of the month, they are understaffed at opening and there is a line THIRTY PEOPLE long. Terrible way to treat your loyal customers.

    Forty or so years ago, BANK of AMERICA provided our family a mortgage for our first home in California. We were treated with respect. Our family has been Bank of America customers for all these many years. We've moved several times over the past years. We currently use the branch in Encino, California. Every once in awhile I've used the automated tellers in the Studio City branch, but mostly, our banking is handled on the internet. Bank of America's Studio City branch has easy, ADA compliant parking. Both indoor and outdoor electronic tellers are available. (The rear entrance has a few steps, the front entrance is wheelchair accessible.) There is often a wait for a teller. Appointments for banking services are available. International cash exchange is offered. Over the years I've used many Bank of America branches. They have all offered competent, friendly services. A COVID-19 mask required. Everything is ADA compatible.

    The bank representative with whom I had an appointment was not available and I have waited 30 minutes before some other lady spoke to me. She was missing knowledge about BofA internal procedures. I was forced to go to the other branch to solve the issue with more knowledgepersonal. Unpleasant experience! BofA needs to educate their representatives!

    Bank has been renovated its most beautiful BofA you've ever seen. But I care more about service. Folks have always been nice and fast I've dealt with several tellers all have been good. Parking is convenient. I make deposit all time for work and this branch has much faster lines than other branches

    Very useless staff., not caring about customers. They wasted 2 hours of my time due to lack of knowledge and not willingness to help me and gave me wrong information. My debit card was blocked and customer service told me over the phone that I need to go to any branch with 2 forms of ID, I went there twice and they did not help me at all after waiting in the long line of people twice, however the customer service and fraud department insisted me to call them while in the bank , they were ready to talk to the manger or staff to unblock my card after confirming my ID , but manager refused to talk to them and was very rude to me. The worse people ever I have seen in my life.
