Bank of America Financial Center Main St, Seal Beach

I have banked with B of A for over 30 years and I am suppose to be a Premier Platinum customer with separate line and phone support line. No more lines, no in-person customer support, you actually wait longer and they try to push you to an ATM or go online all the time. What ever happened to support and service. During COVID, bofa web site says they are open and you arrive and it is closed often.

This is the best bank in Southern California ! I moved here 18 years ago and was going to finally switch banks when I stumbled upon this small branch. It's like going back in time. Everybody is friendly , they call you by your name and are always helpful. Like small town banks used to be. If it wasn't for this branch I would have personally left B of A ! The rest of these people that have written the bad reviews are a bunch of whiners and complainers that are never ever happy with anything in life !

Terrible customer service. Specialist offered me to become my "new fake mom" when I told her my parents died in a car accident. Used cursed words. My credit score was hit because of misleading information she provided (I was told I can get business credit card because of my good personal credit score and in the and my application was declined). Branch manager didn't answer my complain letter I brought her personally.

Great Bank friendly people and great manager. Only problem is them being closed.

Opened my account in 15 mins.

I opened an account at this branch when it was Security Pacific back in 1984. I kept the account open just because it was easier to not change everything. Customer service is atrocious. Even Wells Fargo is better. I’ve been trying for a week To stop an automatic payment. There is no way to do it online and good luck speaking to a human being. The customer service line does not answer!Individual branches do not answer! I know these are tough times, but I have business with Five other banks and don’t have these problems with them. That’s not to say that Customer Service is much better even in good times. It’s always atrocious, just nonexistent at the moment. If you’re thinking of opening an account here of any kind, save yourself a lot of aggravation. I will be changing banks as soon as it is possible.

I understand there's an issue about covid. And all the bank are still open except this bank. I need to get something in my safe but still closed up to now. I dont have problem with other services except I dont know when this bank planning to resume the business?????

Worst bank ever!!! They wont do anything for you unless you have an account. Usually only 1 teller working with a line to the door and the manager will just sit there and do nothing to help! Never ever go there if you want customer service.

Expect a VERY long wait--anyone unclear on just how HARD BofA is working to push its customers to go electronic, come check this place out...1 teller and a line of 10+...
