    The bank associate Anastasia had me waiting in line for 7 minutes. There was no one ahead of me. I needed a simple direct deposit form printed out. I handed her my proper credentials, she starred at her computer screen longer than usual admiring my account I guess. Minutes was passing by (3 minutes to be exact) Meanwhile, it made me nervous thinking she was trying to memorize my information!?! I've had a direct deposit form printed out before and it only took seconds, instead it took Anastasia 3 minutes with a total of 10 minutes to complete my request. What was she doing? Was she trying to steel my account information?

    I don't understand why the white man wearing a suit stood blocking the entrance where I was trying to get to the teller and then just looked me up and down, didn't say hello or acknowledge me and just walked away... made me feel uncomfortable. I was just coming in for a basic need, even if I don't appear a viable business prospect but does not mean I am not deserving of basic kindness or respect and professionalism. Thank you.

    This is one of my favorite banks, apart from the professional friendliness of the staff, mainly because of the inside building, you can admire the ceiling well even while you are in the lineup.

    How is it that a company like BoA can be so understaffed that the next manager/supervisor won’t be available for 3 days? Can you picture walking into CVS with an issue and they say come back next week for your refund?

    I don’t have my banking at Bank of America, I go to Navigant Credit Union. But when I was with my boyfriend, Matthew (who’s sadly not my boyfriend anymore & is no longer in my life) we went there because that’s where his banking is. When I 1st walked in, my mouth dropped: It was the most beautiful & fanciest bank I’ve ever went to. I couldn’t help it, I just HAD to take pictures & videos. Whenever I see anything beautiful, I always take videos & pictures. I’m artsy like that.

    Stay away this bank branch at all cost. They provided a wrong recipient account number even though we provided teller the correct one at outset in a written form, and eventually the international wire transfer was canceled after 4 days later. Worst side is they don’t even bother to fix their failure immediately and blame you (you should check). Customer relations rep at the reception turned his back and left the hall when we asked him set up an quick appointment to resolve the issue.

    Horrible service....12 people in line with ONE cashier, and then she just walked away to the back room. I complained to another employee and she said "well maybe she had a phone call to make or go to the bathroom"... THEN GET SOMEONE TO BREAK HER!!!!! I waited 45 minutes for a roll of quarters. Un acceptable!!!!

    Didn’t realize Venmo payments back to some friends (who helped me get back on my feet after being unemployed due to my endometriosis) hadn’t gone through last weekend. Venmo tried to withdraw and I didn’t have enough, because I thought they had already gone through, so I bought a train pass and a couple groceries and left myself with $80 until the next paycheck. They continued trying to withdraw 3 payments a day and I got charged $35 for each one. Didn’t notice because I started a new job I commute an hour and a half both ways for daily and haven’t been checking my email, haven’t been spending money so didn’t think to check my balance as I’m just trying to save and get back to a good place after I lost my job a few months ago. I called today and they won’t reimburse a single of the $600 in fees. 35*17. 17 fees over... 6 days? I told them I won’t be able to pay my rent, or train pass or groceries and they didn’t care. How can you take $600 from someone financially struggling? Why didn’t anyone call or text me? Why did the Bank of America associate tell me two weeks ago if I didn’t have enough money that my new setting would prevent money from being withdrawn with low balance and fees from occurring? Now I will be back to being homeless and have to leave my job. I can’t believe this has happened to me and I will tell everyone not to use Bank of America.

    Worst branch I have ever been too! Only 1 agent working the counter. 6 other people working there walking around doing nothing to help the lady service everyone in line. Went in to get a bankers check, it took 40 minutes to get help. Made my husband and I late to our meeting. Make sure if you have to go to this branch, give yourself an hour of time to do a simple transaction that takes 5-15 minutes at another location.

    Can’t speak for being a customer at this bank as I appreciate excellent customer service at Boston Private Bank and USAA but it would be nice to go into this branch which is in exquisite Pre War building with great murals but the 8 or so times I have if you are not a customer I’m lucky enough to get change for the dryer. I can’t deposit into USAA with their ATMs ( it absolutely says you can and I have in New York regularly. ) and even can’t get a check made out to me w/o an account. Again if you Ban with BOA the largest bank in the country you are missing out on outstanding institutions that put the customer first . Usually a line not long but since there is one maybe two tellers in a bank that started operating in the 30s there are a dozen unused stations . They make money and a ton of it but I can’t imagine patronizing them when banks like the fore mentioned banks and other local banks or Navy Federal I’d you were in the service . I don’t work for any of these banks or a paid spokesman but there are much better options.
