Bank of America Financial Center Steinway St, Queens

No line but simple transaction took over 30 minutes. I had just had surgery and cannot stand for very long without it being painful. That being said, teller was rude and inefficient. Was told I didn't have proper Id after 2 forms were presented to cash a (very)small check written on a bank of America (their own account). I was made to feel like some sort of criminal for cashing my own check. You've got to be kidding me!

It's a very small branch in a very crowded area. Customer service is very friendly and professionals but the bank needs more staff to handle the crowd

Unfortunately it's impossible to put 0 star. THE WORST customer service I've ever seen for a company. Always a VERY long line and only one agent is working. The workers (if I can use that word) are really slow and unwilling to help. If you want just a withdrawal for more than $600 you can wait around 30 minutes (if you're lucky), mostly around 1 hour because of the slowness of the workers and the length of the line. The location is so bad too. The only office for 87K inhabitants while there is an agency every 100 feet in Upper West Side. Bank of America doesn't like people from the Queens. I strongly advise you to go in another agency if you are in a hurry.

The ATM help prompt was more useful than the people working there. Also, manager was just goofing around with another employee searching the web while customers were waiting. Just go to another BofA branch.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. December 30th, 16 people waiting in line. Only one teller working. While manager and other employees are sitting around or searching the web. This experience has seriously made me reconsider changing banks!

Impossible to reach a customer service representative at this location! I always get a message saying “Everyone is assisting other customers. Goodbye.” Click. I just want to know if the ATMs in the area are accepting cash deposits, as none of them were last evening and I desperately need to make a deposit. There are very few BoA locations in Astoria, and it’s a hike to get to the nearest one. So I need to know ahead of making the trip. BoA really needs to open at least one more ATM in Astoria, preferably in the Ditmars/31st Street area and/or the Astoria Boulevard/31st Street area. Astoria is a big neighborhood, very thin coverage. And answer the phone!

They are not open at this location. The ATM is always clean. People are wearing their masks

This branch deserves 0... awful!!! The WORST CUSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!! All employees are eating all the time!!! That's disgusting!! They should eat before getting to work and at lunch time in privacy not in front of their clients. I had to wait for ever until they finished their meals! All ATM machines are very slow and at 30th AV the door is not working! You should copy from Citi bank or TD bank.

Horrible service, with a very rude agent called, shelieza samaro. She was so unprofessional that I wish I could put no stars. If I was a manager there this rude lady would work there again. Bank of America step up your game and provide us with better qualified people for that position. Check their reviews.

What kind of bank is this, closes at 4pm? Who can use this branch if people work in 9am-5pm or even 8am-4pm, crazy schedule. Gave them two stars just to be nice.
