Bank of America Financial Center N First St, San Jose

This location has a worst customer service ,rude and ignorant staff. Yesterday(6/10/2022) in the afternoon I got some cash from one their ATM Machine and i didn't get any receipt. I walked in to the lobby and spoke with the person was sitting in the front desk. He asked for my ATM card then he put it down while he was talking to his coworkers and keep tapping on his keyboard. At the end he told me sorry it doesn't work. I went to the teller and she told me can't give me any receipt call customer service. As I was leaving the bank I saw bank Associate out side he was talking to another customer ,I tried to explained to him about my situation. Rudely he told me he is busy and told me I have to wait!!!! I left the branch very disappointed with no help from anybody. I am thinking seriously to end my business with bank of america after 33 years.

It looks ancient outside but very modern, big and clean inside. I had to wait in a long line to get help since there were only 3 bank tellers at the counter. However, the teller called Mickey is super nice and helpful. Great job, Mickey.

This place is very unprofessional. The staffs are poor. They even don’t work on their business hour. They will told you it’s lunch time and left but nobody shift. They don’t treat you as their customers. So, don’t go there, unless you are super free guy. I will recommend go to Santa Clara station BOA instead. Nice, friendly and professional stuff instead.

4 windows and only 1 Teller?! This is not what I expected out of BOA.

I made an appointment for today January 7th and it was closed since there was "not enough staff". Totally disappointed. Do yourself a favor and don't come to this branch.

The Worse branch in the Bay Area!!!! Always busy with tellers just standing around talking and not even trying to help people. Worse of all they do not know their own banking policies. The manager on duty Zameel is terrible!!!! Doesn’t help customers, nor doesn’t want to verify anything. I know many higher ups in the banking industry and have no idea how this guy is a manager. This branch needs to get shut down due to its incompetence.

I went in for a signature verification seal and the people at the branch got it done immediately. Smooth experience.

Great BofA branch location. Clean very fast friendly service. In all my visits have only encountered 3 or 4 people in line. Now they have set up a separate Business line and Personal financial line to move business along faster and will serve personal transactions in the business line to move customers faster. Has exterior ATM's that operate 24/7 for convenience.

Very bad reception, kept waiting for more than 30 minutes just to speak to a representative. Super slow staff. Wasted my precious time visiting this center during office hour.

i came to this location to deposit some coin change and to my surprise they did not have a coin counter. Mickey the Assistant Branch manager went ahead and helped me anyways. She counted my change out for me and deposited that amount into my account. I am so grateful for her service. Thank you Mickey!!!!! You’re the best!!!!
