how do i access my safe deposit box? the branch is closed probably due to covid and nobody picks up the phone.....and no alternate phone number. the website is totally useless.

Slowest branch ever. Only 1 teller, usually other managers (?) people behind the counter but talking amongst themselves. They should replace the whole thing with those teller assisted ATM's they have at other branches and make it useful.

Branch closed on 07/12/21 while robot says it’s supposed to be open

Customer service lacking. Not enough tellers when there are more than a few people in line, other staff members are walking around.

No one answers the phone at this location, I tried for 3 days calling all day, still no answer. Useless. Also, tried to cash a few cheques here terrible customer service. I’m closing my account.

Multiple teller but only one is taking customer. The one taking customer is training new one and waiting on line forever. At my turn just to exchange bills teller wants me to use my card again. I already have bank account there and I have present my debit card to teller but still to make it easy I did whatever teller told me to do but machine doesn’t read my card. Worse branch tellers are not working properly and machines does not work either supporting teller.

I can’t understand why this branch not name BOA financial center, whoever walk in this place if you don’t do anything relate with financial stuff they just don’t care, the lady name “Hima V “told me they have appointments by walking around for twenty min without helping me for doing 10min case, Since I have been using BOA for 20years, feel so disappointed of such this kind of personality banker work for BOA, I think that is why rating for here is so low...

never thought a bank could get such low rating. What can go wrong? wait till you go there to see for yourself. Manager was really unfriendly to say the least.

Came around 10 am, line is over 8 people and only one teller is open, while there are plenty of available staff buzzing around and not serving customers.

Need to manually fill out a “deposit slip” by hand?? This is 2019. And I’m not even the fresh out of college tech type.
