The customer services representatives are the only people keeping this rating from being a zero. I have had a checking account and low limit credit card in good standing with this company for 14 years and am never able to qualify for a loan with them. They’ve also changed check cashing policies without publicly informing their customers and their perks are a joke. Their customers are merely another commodity to them. Don’t walk, run from this bank.

I'm so sorry if you ever get the teller Crystal. I just wanted to make small deposits into a business account. She said she wasn't able to do it before 10am, even though there was only one other person in the bank. She was rudeand had terrible customer service. The bank manager was very helpful and understanding and sent me back to Crystal who then begrudgingly sped through the transaction in less than 5 mins. I'm not one to write reviews on terrible service but she gave me a bad start to my day.

Though I am a teen they did not kick me out as soon as I walked in. Their service is really good. They are involved in the city. That's always a good thing.

I have very bad experience.o n 72 street and Broadway.they treat me bad.they fingerprint me.check my 2 id.this will e ok.i signed check but refuse to give me cash.they send me to my bank.is Christmas time.need to only call to person.who write check.... Very bad customer service.i feel like criminal.

Beautiful building with a great usage of LED lighting on the exterior and interior. The building is LEED certified so every time I use the bathroom, I feel like I'm helping the environment. Full of state of the art technology within the building for employees.

Citibank, Wells Fargo, SunTrust, Bank of America, TD Securities, Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Mizuho Bank, ABN AMRO Capital, DNB Bank (Norway) and BNP Paribas are all directly or indirectly funding Energy Transfer Partners and DAPL, its illegal occupation of treaty land for private profit oil to ship overseas. They are drilling in violation of presidential orders without permits. They are brutally shooting unarmed women and men and isolating them with barricaded roads to Bismarck hospitals and services. All Americans need to know about the fight for Democracy and protection of safe drinking water happening now at Standing Rock, North Dakota. I closed my Bank of America account and urge others to exercise our freedoms while we still can.

There was only 2 tellers and had to wait in a long line and the had to wait 20 mins to see a banker for another issue. Disorganized.
