I was having problems with my banking so I went here and was very pleased by the service; especially with Aleksandra Bilig’s service. He helped me even though he had many other customers waiting. He helped me even though it took a little time. He is the definition of what a BOA representative should be….respectful, kind, and helpful. Thank you Aleksandra for making my experience smooth. Booked an appointment yesterday online for a meeting today. Went in and it was clean and they were really respectful of social distancing practices. I had great customer service with Jolani who helped me get my finances in order in 15 minutes flat. Felt very supported and would highly recommend this location!

Yesterday, March 4, 2019, due to the snow, as they were late opening, several people were waiting outside the locked door at about 10:30 AM, and inside the staff were laughing and having a good time. After five minutes, one staff member finally came out and notified those waiting that they would open at 11 AM. Why couldn't they post a sign on the door so stating that fact? Why did they make those standing outside in the cold wait five minutes before coming out to tell them the opening time, as the staff fooled around doing nothing inside? The staff at this branch have an awful attitude and are incompetent. My wife told me that she once deposited $3000 there, and the clerk gave her a receipt for $1000. Was the clerk planning on pocketing $2000? Bank of America needs to overhaul management of this branch, as things are just not right there.

Unknowlegable staff, they try to wrap you up before getting a proper answers to your question.

For working one year in the states, I needed a bank account. The people at this Bank of America Financial Center are very friendly and very obliging each time I need help. Maybe Bank of America is not the cheapest bank, but after a month and some visits, I absolutely do not regret being a customer and like the service! Thanks!

Do NOT bank here for business or personal. I had an appointment at 9am and no one showed on top of them never sending me my business banking card and then overdrafts go me when I pulled my money because I literally could not spend it. Service is TERRIBLE

Met James for opening bank account, he was very helpful. He made us very comfortable. We didn’t had any issues during the time. Also we went back for other operations, cashiers were there to help us with their smiling happy face.

I am writing to ask Bank of America to stop funding Enbridge's tarsands Line 3 pipeline. As a former customer of B. of A. I am concerned about this unnecessary pipeline's possible leaks, adding to climate change. It would violate indigenous rights treaties and endanger wetlands and the environment for years to come. Please defund.

Bank of America is the worst bank ever. When you go to cash a check, they have to ask you whether you bank with them or not , if you don’t they have to talk to you about banking with them or they charge you $8 fee . This is disgusting. I wonder whether the government knows about these banks what they’re doing to poor people.

Banks do not cash checks anymore unless it is drawn on their bank or begrudgingly for qualified account holders. Poor people are forced to seedy check cashing places instead, who charge a percentage of the check to cash it. The problem with checks going the way of the dingo is that the poor get extra screwed, as usual--while the 1% never even sully their hands with cash or checks, and go blissfully unaware of the inequality crushing anyone other than the upper-class. Pitchforks and torches anyone? Oh yeah, nobody farms or knows how to make fire anymore. If energy resources aren't found besides the depleting fossil fuels, and blackouts become commonplace, it is quite certain starvation and murder will become commonplace. Have a nice day.
