Bank of America Financial Center Brookhurst St, Fountain Valley

Wish there's a zero star! Been waiting over half hour with only one teller working but 5 windows available. When asked, the manager didn't show any remorse emotions but said we always have just one teller. It's been like this for two years. Go to another location.

I have been going to Bank of America's way before they were Bank of America when they used to be pacific Security Bank I wouldn't go to any other bank but think of America they're always there for you when you have a problem

Worst branch , an incompetent staff and manager. My account was freeze due to asking residency document , manager and staff refused to get my document and upload it with excuse of not having appointment and lack of staff. All my transaction are freeze ND not accessing to my money for the last week imagine if my loans or any vital payment I had with lonetic bank.. they just do lobblob about customer service

for the love of God, go bank with CITI or OCCU, that have much shorter line. Long line. incompetent staff. They only spend money remodel their location but not improve the service. Other banks offer much better loan, All bank of america has to offer is pathetic credit card traps.

Terrible customer service. Came in this morning to open an account with my wife and been siting in the lobby for about 10 min. Nobody was greeting us or even ask what we need. Saw a few bankers are customer-free but none are care enough to ask us. There was a lady came after us sat in the lobby us and just approach one of the banker and got helped right away. Been in the financial industries for years and this is the worst experience I've had. However, the security at the door was really nice and greeting me when I walked in though.

After 3 attempts at a simple transaction, I no longer have the energy to explain in detail how horrible this bank is. This is one of the largest banks in the world, yet they close at 4pm. This FV location has 6 windows but normally has 1 teller-as stated multiple times while people in line complained to them. However, there are a lot of fancy offices & a guy wandering around taking names on an ipad. Lots of other employees walking in & out of offices; I guess if you want a loan they might be available. Waited almost 20 mins on my 1st trip before I had to leave. Waited over 50 minutes on the 2nd try, but was finally successful. Thankfully this was an errand for a friend & this is not my bank. Not in 1000 lifetimes would I ever bank here! If you think I'm exaggerating, just call them & ask them how long the wait is.

I wasted time coming here on a Saturday (limited hours open as it is) to find out the lobby area was closed, I could’ve gone to another location.

My business account was closed due to COVID 19 situation forcing me to close my BoA business account. BoA sent me a cashier’s check for the balance of my account of less than $300 in the business name. I came to the bank to cash the check but they refused to honor saying my account was closed therefore they cannot verify it. I showed them my Ids and BoA signature card that I am the authorized and owner of the account but the manager still refused to cash the check! The cashier’s check was issued by BoA as the result of my account was closed in the first place. How can I get my money out now? I wasted 45 minutes there. The manager, Mr. Tran was very rude!

Bad showoff people working there. Tellers are slow and delaying the lines. Please fires or give them a warning. The representative intentionally wanted to carry hold off the time and demanding social distance in a rude way. While, a 5 years old kid can know. Please shut down this bank of hire better hard working people not lazy or showing off walking around think they are the real deal.

I went in and there was long line the security guard got them for me!
