Bank of America Financial Center Chapman Ave, Garden Grove

On saturday 12/4/2021 @11:30 a.m. there is 20 people standing in line inside the bank and 15-20 outside waiting to receive some service. There is one lady carrying almost 50lb worth of change navigating through this line. But there are only 3 teller in the teller window. This location is one of the busiest in the area. Yet only 3 tellers making the customer wait almost an hour to get to them, when the actual service takes a minute. Making me feel like universal studio rides, when you have to wait 1 to 2 hours for a mere 2 minute ride. Only difference is that the ride is exciting but bank service is not. Bank makes billions of dollars in so many different fees and interests from their customer. This service is not free, so why make us wait so long for a one minute service. Hope the branch manager or area manager will read this review and add at least one extra teller especially on the first weekend of the month when people come to cash their hard earned check so they can spend it in the busy weekend. Not stand in line for an hour. We would really appreciate if you could cut down the wait time to 15 minutes.

Very slow service always have to wait in line for 30+ minutes on a good day for teller. Tried getting an appointment today but the soonest one was in two weeks

I RATE THIS BANK A '0'. THEY RIP OFF MANY PEOPLE.AND GET AWAY WITH IT. BUT WHEN THE LAW CATCHES UP WITH THEM, THEY IN FOR A BIG SURPRISE.THEY REALLY GOT IT COMING.

Rude and liars they deny that I have safe box and all my important documents are in there. The head quarter should know about that horrible service.

This branch has over all bad management. No costumer service in a way shape or form. No sense of urgency from anyone but only for their clock out time. Lines are very bad and Now at days that is everywhere but what this branch does that no other one does is close the line 30 minutes early. Leaving customer running to other branches. Honor your business hours 4pm that are already reduced have some consideration for your valued costumers.

Rude ! Rude! RUDE !! AND EXTREMELY POOR MANGEMNET! DONT WASTE UR TIME HERE!!! not sure if I was being PROFILED or WHAT but in hard times people shouldn't be so rude to others! I talked to a customer service agent that helped me with what I needed to do (I had proof of documents, a reference number and everything I needed). When I talked to the teller who also very rude and they felt the need to take my ID with them to a back ROOM WITH THEM? which I found very ODD!!!! and then brought their Manger out and told me "Ive worked here for 20 years and never heard of that" in a very rude tone !!! went home feeling extremely disrespected and called customer service to REPORT THIS LOCATION !!! ALSO I had found out their management had LIED TO ME THAT THERE WAS NEVER ANYTHING WRONG WITH MY DOCUMENTS. LIARS AND DISCRIMINATORS.

Terrible service. Rude managers. Slow service. Don't bank here. 2 tellers 25 people in line. 45 min wait!

Poor service.. receptionist talks very rude. Don't recommend to anyone to visit this branch at all. I was there for wire transfer for house closing. But she said sorry she doesn't have anyone available to do it and rudely suggested me to do it online. She even didn't know it's big amount to wire unable to process online and not even safe. I had to go to different branch and have done it in moments. Big no to this branch!

Terrible service, no Spanish Speaking assistance. The manager seems to be absent and his help, when it finally arrives, is no help at all. B of A has declined radically in the customer service dpt which will eventually cost them. Their fraud dpt never answers the phone and you are faced with restrictions no one is there to help you with.

I have awesome experience with this bank every time I go there. The staff is very friendly, reacts quickly and expresses genuine interest in people. Last time I went there Mr. Eugenio helped me quickly solve a problem with my account. Everything went smooth and fast. The tellers are very nice and professional as well. I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes but I guess I missed the rush hours. I was there on Tuesday at 4 p.m. and no people in line at all. One of the computer wasn't working at all but they found another person to help me in the next counter. They are great! I will always go there 😊👍
