Bank of America Financial Center Aloma Ave, Winter Park

They have closed all the drive through lanes due to "rampant fraud" per the branch personnel. Ok, but now as a commercial client I or my staff have to go to the branch and stand in line during working hours just to deposit our Company receipts. There is no differentiation of commercial vs. retail clients, which makes no sense. Our balances for deposits and loans are much higher than almost any retail client, but we wait in line for an hour to deposit checks. Every other bank either still has a commercial drive through, or a teller that takes commercial clients separately.

Hi, Don't waste your time. The reps are good.Their new teller is very discriminating and condescending. Claim needed ID for withdrawal over 1000. Even though I have been at the branch down the road and they never asked me. Would not do business agsin.

Met with a charming teller who helped complete the forms to auto pay Visa from Checking. It worked once and now it failed and fees are assessed. Worse, the Visa was now declined during Christmas retail transaction - embarassing!

I have never sat and waited inside a bank for so long, almost an hour now just for them to change my pin, really? The other branches do it in about 30 seconds. I wish this location would just close already. Such a big waste of time. I don’t have all day!

Oh idk other people are talking about giving it a one star rating but I go in the morning and I don't have any problems that every person is saying they have, the people are very nice people there i never had troubles with the atm the only trouble I had with it was when I tryed to deposit $250 in ones just for fun I would give them 4.5 if I could I think they could add some cookies and water to make it a 5 star place

Refused to cash a $24.06 refund check from the phone company, made me deposit and then withdraw it all at the same time. We have personal checking, savings and Business accounts for close to 20 years at BOA with high monthly balances. Wasted my time and their resources. I guess they don’t use common sense. They can do better if they want but this partially explains the low 1.9 star rating they have. What a joke!

WORSE BANK EVER. i have been on hold for 52 minutes because the branch could not figure out how to make a simple bank of america to bank of america transfer. apparently neither can the 800 number. Never had this issued until this whole Zelle transfer nonsense. Waiting lines here are ridiculous. I Highly recommend switching to NAVY FEDERAL if you can. The only reason i had this account was to easily pay my rent. looks like i am closing this account and the landlord will just have to wait 2 days as i am closing this account now.

Tried to get documents notarized, the wait was an hour. I was about to sit and wait but was told by teller to remember my spot as there is no check in log for customers to place themselves in line. Not organized and short staffed.

This doesn't even deserve any stars. Good service but not enough people to help clients. Not all workers are trained to do multiple things for clients. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!👿👿👿👿👿 iva had to wait over an hour to be service. If you can go to another branch.

I love the drive thru ATM. I'm newly handicap and it come in super handy. Thank you BOA for thinking of us handicapped!!!!!
