Bank of America Financial Center Broadway, New York

for many years my credit card balance was very high close to the limit. finally after getting out of financial troubles I paid off my card in full. the payment bounced due to my money transfer taking longer than expected so from the app I paid the whole balance again. the next day having zero balance BOA took the the whole balance from my account again (second attempt). why would they do that when I already paid it. took me 2 weeks to get the money wired back to my account where in the meantime my personal account was close to zero. very upsetting 😡 😞

I went in today during lunch hour, there was only 1 teller... That's kind of not taking into consideration their customers need... Most customers only have lunch time to conduct transactions since the bank opens at 9AM closes at 4PM

Hate starting off negatively but as I step through the door, it's clear that they need more than one teller when they open. Many people will want to hit the bank before work so an early am rush should be anticipated. At the very least have someone available who can stop what they're doing to take care of a few customers. 3 stars for the nice teller who really worked hard.

Terrible service. Called them up and after speaking to someone for 15 minutes, they transferred me to the lending specialists who instantly told me they cant talk to me at all because i am calling from overseas. I get hung up on after trying to ask them why is that a thing and that I've never heard of that before. Apparently BOA is not the place for me to bring my business to.

One of the staff was rude and he had no idea about his job. He offered me a CD account and told me if i plan on canceling CD there won’t be any charges from principle amount and fees will be deducted from interest earned. I have to pay $100 in fee for canceling after 2 months because i needed money for my wife medical needs. Worst branch !!!

Caroline, the bank teller is one of the nicest people in the world. Normally I would never write about a bank teller but the service is so good that I thought she deserved a compliment.

Terrible service. I met with a manager and he did not give me contact information, later called me from a number that doesn't get back to him, and they don't answer their phones. So now I have to make another appointment, which I'll make at a different branch.

Had to do bunch of errands at this bank, and every time the process was efficient. Special thanks to Durrell who helped me process bank documents really fast!

Every single time I come to this location, they can never help me. I simply come in wishing to exchange cash for change for a retail business nearby and they NEVER have coins.... how does the bank not have any money?! Absurd. Third time I've gone and this incident has occurred. Three separate occasions!! Not to mention all of their tellers are SO RUDE. They are so condescending when they speak to you, I leave every time feeling incompetent. Absolutely unacceptable.

Worst bank ever. All they do is waste ppl's time. I went out of my way to open an account so that I can set up a direct deposit. Only to find out after I have received the bank card one week later they decide to close my account without me knowing while holding on to my pay cheque that I deposited when I opened the account. Now I have to wait 3 weeks for my company to allow me to set up another direct deposit. I had an account with them before and I had no issue with them whatsoever.
