    What a weird service so rude they like they don’t need any customer I don’t understand why corporate of Bank of America is not taking action on it,manger never show up,after an 1 hour here comes mangers her service was weird to I realized that’s all the employer here act weird service coz they all follow their manager never been easy helped I wish I could rate them less than 1

    Every time I go here it is the worst experience. I have problems only at this branch!! They treat customers as if we were thieves. No problems withdrawing money at any other location.

    Deserves every negative comment that has been made about them. They rejected to help me because of a small formality so on the way out I did it myself via ATM. Stick with the machines everyone because people in there are not there to help you.

    I decided not to be customer of the Bank of America anymore after visiting this particular office. Rude boss, empty hallway, nobody was willing to work. The customer service lady was looking at me as she was a Queen of the Earth and I was just an insect. It was all very disappointing

    Absolutely the worst bank of america on earth. ALWAYS a problem with ANYTHING. The simplest task is an issue. Basically if you arent part of the obvious 'community' they want no part of you.

    Extremely slow. Line always out the door. Everyone moves at a glacial pace. Not enough people working.
