Bank of America Financial Center Linwood Plz, Fort Lee

Appalling service! They do not know they own services. I came in with a pre-paid card from this bank and neither assistants nor manager knew what it was and how it could have been used. They kept sending me to the ATM. After 2 different assistants failed to make it work, sent me to the queue, sent me home to get an ID, and when I returned later, the answer I got from the manager was: "It looks like a gift card <...> You can use it for shopping or something."

Prefect service and professional staffs especially Banker Woo Jin Kim. He is very helpful for advise and has enthusiasm in his work. This branch is the best one I ever met among my dozens of banking in the last ten years.

Friendly staff, sometimes long lines because of only 1 teller available. Please fix your contactless readers at the main door and at both your ATM's.

This is the worst bank now. they dont even give you change if your not a 'member' are you kidding me.. Your a bank! Even the attitude is horrible now! They used to be pretty good bank but now they're snobby I think too highly of themselves. Again you are Bank! Not a personal club that you needed decoder ring be a member. There are a lot of banks out there that actually act like Banks. And that is the reason why I stopped being a 'member' a long time ago because our personalities are horrible. And fees all over the place.

The manager Woojin KIm is highly friendly and wonderful. I don't hesitate bypassing my nearby BOA where the manager is unfriendly. I hope Woojin would stay long there.

Bad service, drove an half hour to get to bank and manager told me you'll have to wait 45 minutes before you can see a teller, since there was only one teller and 1 transaction takes half hour
