The took my check and I'd to the back andade me wait in a chair for 45 with no explanation, when I asked Shannon told me to wait my turn, rude lady like I have to. And Susan the teller was also rude when I asked about the wait

They have terrible customer service. They refused to cash a check that was issued in my name.

The women in this specific branch were very rude, short, and unprofessional. While I was attempting to cash my state of California unemployment checks. They asked if I had an account and upon my stating I did not they wouldn't even listen to me any further. Very unsatisfied with their customer service and their lack of empathy towards people during these trying times.

Used my Bank of America EDD card at their ATM, then went inside to change 20s into a birthday card hundred bill. They refused saying I did not have an account. I guess they do not help EDD customers. How rude and condescending.

This is a very shaky branch of America because of the management. It is run like a private fifedom under the control of the manager. I would be very, very careful about having any dealing with this branch that may have any accounts with a modicum of complexity. My experiences with management there was high-handed and ignorant of good business relations with long- time "valued" cliental .

Bank of America has new banking hours and they close at 4 o'clock instead of 5 o'clock that is not good for people who work until 4 o'clock.

By far the worst bank in the motherlode, the staff is rude they go out of there way to make you feel unwelcome if you dont have a account with bank of americia. I am a local business owner who onc e and a while will go to bank to cash a customers check not only do they charge you a fee to cash a customers check they make it as difficult as possible to cash a check. Recently went to b of a to cash a check my drivers license expired on Birthday in march because of virus and DMV being closed have not been able to renew it the dmv has put a 90 day ext on registration and licenses but still they would not accept my license in order to cash a check I also have multiple forms of a secondary I'd wouldnt bant here if they gave me money.

One of the tellers downtown is always highly rude! I’ve never had a good experience and she makes you feel like trash! If you want friendly staff who will help you go to the east sonora branch!

I've been a customer for many years and this branch makes me want to close my accounts. I mostly likely will after today

It was kind of weird my dad who lives in Sonora was going to give me $200 and I said we'll just put it into my account we both have account with B of A and they wanted $25 now from the looks of the building on Google it looks like you can make a deposit from the depository on the outside in which case you could just put in a deposit into my account with a deposit slip and avoid the $25 unless they have no depository system at the bank why then would they charge $25 kind of weird ok well good luck everybody!!!!!
