This is the worst bank, don’t go there. Don’t deposit your money there. They don’t cash a check just because I’m not client , even know the check is from Bank of America.

    Response from the owner

Look for the blue verified checkmark before communicating with a #BOA profile. ^chris

As a Preffered Rewards platinum Client Account holder with Bank of America, I always expect best service from them employees, but on yesterday with appointments when I went to this location to get Notarized my document, Ms. Paulina Rodriguez, Relationship Manager of this location, she told me that she can’t help me about because her time of leaving is 5:30 pm, which is same time of my appointment, and no one else Was available as a notary to this location. She refused me to get notarized because she want get pay for overtime and told me to go with AAA or UPS. I never expected this kind of bad experience.

This place demonstrates what people hate most about big banks. The manager can not explain the banking procedures except with "the computer doesn't let us." He kept repeating as if I couldn't understand it the first time. It is hard for me to understand why they need a manager if the computer can tell them what to do. I wish I could rate this place with zero stars.

am currently waiting at the front desk for 15 minutes and not 1 person has even glanced at me or offered assistance . Normally I would not complain about this, if it was the first time it had happened However, it is the umpteenth time it has happened... Why have a front desk if you refuse to help the people standing at it, waving at employees for help while they ignore you???

I recently had a check that was somehow stolen. the check was presumably washed chemically and then cashed at this branch location. I know due to covid and minimal staff there is little resources at the bank branches but I called many times and no one answers. The person that did this must have a checking account as i have herd tellers tell people in line before that in order to cash a check the need to have an open account. The person's name is Hector Edward Anton. Be advised Hector Edward Anton is washing checks.

I had an issue at this location in where my atm card got stuck into the machine, when I asked for help with the issue the young lady that helped me by the name of Jessica then insisted I did not put a card inside of the ATM machine. She then asked to see my wallet because she saw what looked like an atm card. After clarifying the issue while the ATM machine said out of order she then hassled me and was unable to give me a solution to my problem or a clear time as to when a technician would be able to recover my card from the machine. There was no form filled out and none of my information was taken down to notify me when the card would be removed from the machine
