2 people working. 1 on the window, 1 with other business. Question, is it the service that you provide to your customers? Customers can wait(that’s how you think guys)for sure you don’t care. That’s how you loose the customers. Just tired waiting every time on the line. Getting my money out of the bank and switching to Wells Fargo,at least they respect their customers and wait time!

I've been using their ATM to get $20 bills and then asking to change it to quarters inside. Been doing this for years to operate the laundry machine in my building. They've been giving me grief lately about giving quarters to a non-member, and today refused to exchange the full 20. I don't get this. I paid $3 to withdrawal from an ATM which is more than fair, and I should be able to get the denominations I need. Fun fact - my very first banking account was with Bank of America. However I graduated college near 2009, had trouble finding a job, and didn't appreciate BoA charging me $10 a month for not having a job to direct deposit to my account. I only had a couple hundred dollars to my name at the time.

I've gone several times and there has been homeless people hanging out by the ATM machine. security seems to stay inside. I've had to go inside myself and ask for security or somebody to come out and help monitor while I use the ATM. this has been during the day, management needs to listen to customer complaints.

Very nice folks and quick service! I got in and out in under a minute. I don't see what our nation's/city's inability to help houseless people has to do with this bank, but other reviewers seem to think this is the place to air their grievances.

Nice people working here. Horrible hours (closes at 4) I guess it's not a bank for the common worker. Also, a key player in the financial collapse of 2008. Put your money in a local credit union that actually might care about what it does with your money.

The people here are nice and the service is good, but they unexpectedly closed on Saturday, which is when I am usually available to do my banking activities. This change wasn't posted online so I didn't see it until I drove up to the bank. Pretty unprofessional.

    Response from the owner

Hi Alexander, Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand your frustration when trying to visit the financial center. Your feedback will be shared. ^Annette

I will change my rating when this bank adds security in the evening. Every time I use the ATM at this location in the evening, there are 1-2 guys loitering Infront of the atm, usually asking for money. This makes it incredibly uncomfortable to access the atm and dangerous. If you care about your customers, you will ensure this stops. It has been this way for years.

We came in to take care of some business and personal banking needs. Suyaira (Manager) and Kimberly (Relationship Specialist) were extremely helpful and diligent. Top notch customer service! Thank you
