Bank of America Financial Center W Shields Ave, Fresno

I was reminded why I avoid coming to this place the services is byfar the worse I ever been to in any bank of America branch. Had an appointment for 2:30 about loans and seeing my options. While waiting I was approached my an old lady name Silvia asking me what I'm here for. I told her I have appoint at 2:30, she then ask what for so I told her for a loan she then said we don't do that type of loan. So I ask her how about a personal loan she said no to that. I asked her what option do I have she said get a credit card. All short answers with the attitude of not wanting to help. I asked her I have a credit cards but they don't offer the amount I need, then she said get another credit card . With the same attitude not wanting to help. As I stood up to walk out being upset I asked her if ya can't help me or won't try to help me why didn't ya tell me over the phone instead of making me w and wasting my time.ste gas coming here.

Usually only two tellers. Neighborhood is rough and dirty. Homelessness. On a ok bz day u still will be in line for a while. Dont go on payday Fridays or the beginning of the month

So, this place needs better service. Especially someone at the front to answer quick questions or to check what people need help with. I didn't mind waiting at first but then it just dragged on. Once it was my turn, I was turned away immediately after asking my question. If I knew I had to wait this damn long just to get turned away, the worker could've at least asked me what I needed help with. This place doesn't even deserve a star.

this branch sucks, and they have their parking lot cleaners with heavy duty blowers going at 5:00a.m. I KNOW THIS IS ILLEGAL. YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO START LOUD EQUIPMENT BEFORE 6:00A.M.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Literally spent an hour to see banker. If They know the branch is busy then should staff it appropriately.

I have never in my life been so humiliated by trying to complete a simple transaction. A worker at this branch named Raquel was the most condescending person I ever had to deal with. Only speaking to me if it was a chance to talk down to me. Raquel told m to go to another branch. I asked if BofA branches all have the same policies. I asked multiple questions and just got a smirk from her while she's staring at her computer screen doing nothing for at least 1 minute. I don't know what she was going through this day, but having security stand and watch me was the worst move they made. I never raised my voice, in fact, I kept saying please to Raquel to answer me. I'm sure someone reading this thinks I must have done something to cause this and can tell you. This was the first time I truly realized being a tall black man was working against me. I felt so humiliated as a human being. FYI, Raquel never showed me the policy I was asking them, so I called a couple of branches and ask them. They told me it was not true and I should have no problem using the card. ( which I have multiple times.) That's why I'm writing this review. I would give no stars if possible. PLEASE, be careful here!

Monday morning long line, 1 teller. 2 other employees doing nothing but talking to eachother. Asked for another teller, and one of the talkers said the 1 teller is all they had. Guess they cant wear 2 hats here. Plan to be in line for a long time if coming here. Obviously management doesn't care about reviews.

Gave only 2 stars because the customer services are disrespectful. BOA needs to retrain their employees to learn how every individual has feelings just like them. Right now, there's a long line and only 2 employers working. Seriously... Even appointments takes forever!

I only gave it one star because there's only ever one person there to help you and it takes forever to get help.sometimes there great and some days it's really bad like pay day but if you are there like at 855 am and waiting you will be the first person there and then your in and out of there within I'd say 3 minutes

Customer service is poor need a real manager in here to do their job On a check day only one person up front very poor thought out by management
