Bank of America Financial Center S 4th St, San Jose

If i could give them a 0 i would. Bank of America is the worst most predatory bank I have ever worked with. They are disgusting and take advantage of vulnerable people. Do not use them. They are not friendly or thoughtful.

Kind of feels like I'm stuck in a construction zone. 10 people in line and 2 tellers working. 2 others standing behind them NOT helping. I would think a weekday evening would be their busiest time and they would be staffed accordingly. Guess they don't really care about their customer's time.

Omg! I had a bad experience with the teller named J. Mai who worked on Saturday, April 16, 2016. She was disrespecful toward her customer. During the service, she did not say hi as well as look at me when she was serving/assisting. She also didnt say thank you or have a good day to me at the end of the service as well. I have stopped at this bank many times, and this was the first time I met a rude teller like her. Very disappointed and frustrated!!! Remember! We are Vietnamese, and we should help our fellow Vietnamese. You cannot refuse your race no matter how you are trying to act like an American. If you don't respect your fellows, no one in the world will repsect you! You are not better than others, though! I hope the manager of the bank will give her a training how to treat the customers.

I went there to make a deposit without my debit card, what a easy thing. A girl with a red shirt help me, it took her forever to find out my account, and finally make the deposit. I gave her my address, phone number, SSN, Driver license and everything ...Can someone in this bank help her.

Can you guys step it up, what's the point of having 6 terminals and no one to man them! I've seen club lines shorter than the ones created at this branch!

I know it's hard to say nice things about most banks but this BoA is different. The tellers are genuinely nice and make a real effort to be helpful. Sure the line can be a bit long at times but they keep things moving and I've never waited that long. One small criticism is that there is invariably one ATM machine that's broken whenever I'm there and that's frustrating.

I just came from a bank of America at 99 south 4th Street to get a replacement card. The bank was empty and I was still waiting. I asked for help, and the girl said he was doing work he didn't do Saturday. I replied who's problem is that and was asked to leave. This is discrimination and I'm calling an attorney.

This is a really great branch of BOA. They have a great customer appreciation, and they will really help you to understand everything for your account. They just need to smile to customers a little bit more. :)

I went in here to get a temporary card and get the new one sent I told the employee to send it to a new address Instead of the original address I check my card status and it’s being delivered to the original address so basically I was there wasting my time talking to the guy I did get the temporary card but what the heck wrong address worst employee something Aguirre I think just stupid

I always come here to do my banking, the people are super nice and they know what they're doing.
