Fantastic management and staff! Karla and Younes took excellent care of me today and I really appreciated their assistance. Staff here are very professional, considerate, and care about their customers. Definitely the best BOA location and my preferred branch for their great customer service and support.

Terrible customer service. Greg is the manager and was completely rude for no apparent reason. I maintained my composure through trying to cash a personal check (I do not bank with them). I had multiple forms of ID and he check was valid with sufficient funds. After his lackluster attempt at cashing the check he said "I'm sorry sir but the Lee is information on this check that is invalid, but you can take it to your own brand and deposit it there. I'm sure they can help you." Then I replied "OK. Will do. Thanks for your time, Greg." When I said "thank you" he looked back at me with an expressionless glare and chose not to say anything... I was like "wow."

Web site says the location is open. Due to Covid it is not. Someone should change the open/close notifications.

Matthew Dodson was the branch manager very rude and aggresive person, who does not know anything about the services they offer. I guess I will use the online version in the future. So why they have the branches if they cannot help and provide zero customer service.

Called to make an appointment the same day, went in and was out quick. Victor was quick, extremely helpful and very professional.

We have had an appointment for several weeks for a notary for papers with a short turnaround. Victor called me the day of the appointment to say that the notary did not come to work. My heart sank. He immediately said he would find me another notary who could help ASAP. In 15 min, he gave me a location. He had confirmed notaries were there. He involved the bank manager to commit to squeeze us in given the issue and he told me the address/phone/parking availability. All went smoothly. Thank you Victor!!! Fabulous customer service.

Made an appointment weeks ahead of time to have some very important papers notarized. When we got there (during our lunchtime) was informed that they couldn't find their notary stamp and that maybe they left it out and the cleaning lady stole it! Had to run down (taxi) to the BoA near Rosslyn where they were very helpful and fast. Needless to say, not happy.

Really bank of America? ONE single ATM? Tell you what, folks. If it's 5:15 pm, you just got out of work, and you feel like standing in line in an 88 degree room after walking 6 blocks in your work clothes to get there in the humid DC summer, then this is the bank for you! Lines are sometimes 7 or 8 people deep waiting to use this single ATM.

There are 3 ATM's in the lobby, 2 with a choice to speak with a Teller and cashes checks too. There is also 1 outside the building. Very convenient and haven't witnessed any long lines to use the 4 ATM's to choose from.

Dewayne Walker did me dirty today. His complete lack of attention to detail has caused me a HUGE inconvenience. Thanks for ruining my day and potentially costing me money
