Bank of America Financial Center I St, Modesto

I needed to reset my ATM pin, but their system didn't work and needed a manager override. The manager refused to see me. As a result, I'm not able to get to the money in my business' account so everything has to come to a halt. That's how BofA treats a 20+ yr. customer. Stick to the local banks. They are much more helpful.

U need to wait out side for hours

They really get no stars. Tried to make an appointment, but you can’t talk to a real person when you call. Wondering why they even have phone?? My sister in law came from a 1 1/2 hour ride to open up an account with my husband knowing they might need to wait awhile and when they get to the branch they find out the bank was booked all day!!! How did others get an appointment? Did little to help us out. Fortunately, went to Union Bank of California and they went out of they way to try and help us. They will fit us in tomorrow (unfortunately will have to make another trip) but that is more than BOA did. BOA gets a zero rating for customer service.

Wait times and long lines during a pandemic. No one was wearing a mask a few weeks ago when I was there.

This is a great bank. Customer service is great. Our looks like a very high end establishment, but they don't care if you are lower class, the employees will serve you and test you like anyone else.

This place deserves Negative stars for Customer Service! I had to speak with the Manager (female , I did not catch her name)about my account and she was very rude and irate. I ended up opening an account at Golden 1 on McHenry and have had really great friendly customer service ! I would recommend people to go to Golden1 instead of this B of A

Man I love the tellers here, super nice people, but I hate Bank of America. Explain how such a large bank is not able to afford more then 2 tellers all week long, maybe they throw us an extra teller here and there. You walk into a small Bank such as Valley First and they some how can afford 5+ tellers 🤔🤔🤔 explain that math to me. As a business owner I am going to now close my account here since they have not opened back up business banking line. Sadly this review means nothing to them and nothing will ever be done about this review. Thank you Bank of America for putting your labor percentage first.

Supposedly no one is allowed to go in the bank without a face mask. At the time there was a Caucasian security who allowed a Caucasian person to enter the branch without a face mask. This is not right since I come to this branch a lot and I see him not allowing others to go in without a face mask.
