    This bank is hardly ever open. Seems they’ll find any excuse to be open fewer days and shorter hours. What good is a bank that opens after everyone is at work, and closes before most people are off work? Now closed on Saturday, too? Seriously? What a joke. Banks like this help establish the case for decentralized finance.

    First they closed the downtown location. Then they limited the hours of the across the town location. I drove across town today for a task that can only be done in person to find the doors locked. Apparently BofA is so understaffed that they cannot hire an employee to update their Google my business hours. I’ve banked with BofA for 30 years. I need to start looking for a bank that is alive and functioning.

    I spent many months to rectify a Zelle illegal transfer by someone suggesting they were helping me put the money back in my bank account. The complaint I made was never submitted by the teller. When time passed and I checked on the complaint they had no knowledge but that person was no longer with them. It was many months before I ever heard they would not cover the scam. I have now seen on ABC that many have had their money returned to them. Please let me know why mine has not been. Marjorie Goodman Petaluma

    They charge all of the customers plenty to pay for additional help behind the counter. The management need to put the iPad down and get behind the counter when the line is into the parking lot

    Terrible service , long lines , only 2 tellers , once you get to teller they look tired and frustrated. They close earlier at 4pm

    I have had a horrific time with this bank. I lost my wallet Friday 3/18, and got a call from this bank location(the gentlemen on the phone clearly identified himself as working at the location on mcdowell) telling me that they had it, and that I should pick it up on monday, as they were closed over the weekend. On monday, I was unable to come to this location, but i called and was told that there was probably nothing there and was hung up on. The next 30 calls i made, throughout their entire business day, went unanswered. I returned today, Tuesday, and someone(Dina) apparently actually checked the lost qnf found and there was nothing. I am at my wits end here.

    Bad management and terrible customer service. I have to wait over 45 minutes for nothing. If you get too busy, just say no to help and don't waste my time. No apologies and bad attitude. Never come back again.

    I have been a BofA customer for over 20 years. Recently I had a dispute with an online seller who billed me $89.82 for products I did not order. It has been a total nightmare trying to get any action out of them and BofA . In person at my local branch they could/would not help me. They told me to go online. The online fraud department is a total JOKE! I was told by both the vendors and BofA that the charge had been cancelled and the dispute may take 45 to 75 days to resolve! Checking my balance online today is a pending charge for ANOTHER charge for the product! This is Saturday and their online 'chat' has to be done by appointment, but there is none available in the next 2 weeks! What kind of "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is this? Monday morning will see me at my BofA branch to cancel my account, another nightmare due to all my automatic payments which will have to be changed over to my new bank. So glad to walk by all the posters in the lobby of my branch telling me what great service it offers me! Seriously, this is good service? More like NO service.

    Best thing I could ever do was switch from Wells Fargo to bank of America!!! Everyone inside is very friendly and great you well! The bank manager and my banker Rodger are the best out there! Can't thank them for what they have done. Very happy with the switch go in and open all your accounts with them!
