Bank of America (Drive-thru Service Only) Front St, Troy

It would be a ZERO if it was an option. Can’t wait to get my automatic withdrawals changed so I can get away from this place. They have gone down hill at the Troy MO branch. It needs to be permanently closed!

I don't understand how a huge nationwide bank can remain closed the majority of the time while every one else in town has managed to remain open. I mean what are local businesses that bank there supposed to do? Y'all are a joke! Most every other business in Troy has been open consistently for the last year but not BOA. Lol nice response but our local banks have maintained their staff to remain open so there is absolutely no reason BOA couldn't do the same. It's been a couple of years now. We will be changing our business account to another institution and encouraging others in Troy to do same. Wish I could post a negative score.

The absolutely slowest drive thru I have ever experienced at a bank. ***UPDATE: Troy, MO location no longer offers drive thru service. Regular banking services can be done at either the drive-up or walk-up atm. You can also go in the building, but who has time for that. I also am taking 1 star with me today because the monthly maintenance fee on my checking account will overdraw my account even though I have overdraw protection.

I would give them zero stars if it were possible. Very poorly run, management needs to be fired. Extremely unreliable, open when they feel like it closed when they feel like it.

I pulled up at the drive thru window at 3:55pm and asked for a replacement card. He told me to come around in the store as they can't do it through drive thru. I go around and try to open the door at 3:58pm and its locked. Beyond frustrated 07/27/16 3:55pm

Your Troy, mo bank is closed yet again. Seriously every single bank in town is open. When are you guys going to get it together? Do not blame COVID.My guess is cost cutting by BoA. There is zero reason to not be open, including lobby at this point. Window needs to be open at the very least. Are you intentionally trying to drive customers away? I expect you guys to be responsible to your customers. I should not have yo drive to another town, if I need to do business that cannot be done at ATM.

Usually has only 1 teller working no matter how long the line is. I am frustrated every time I go there. We banked there because we have one in our summer residence, only to find out it's closed. Save a headache and go elsewhere.

This bank has horrible rates and ridiculous fees. There are lots of other banks in town and online that do a much better job of taking care of their customers. This branch has helpful workers that can work you through the bank's terrible system. Put your money somewhere else.

Fees for EVERYTHING. They will sneak them in too. They will start off with no fees then add one after another. The sneaky fees never end and change all the time so you can't keep up with them. Also very unethical bank. Watch the news.
