Bank Of America Beach 20th St, Queens

I like this Branch because its Not too far from my Home which is good because I don’t have a car. The customer service isn’t great but still it’s Not too bad. I like one associate in particular, I forgot his name but he’s a Black guy, tall, very handsome and extremely friendly. He’s always eager to help the Customers.

Horrible service ! they do not care about their clients, this is the worst bank I have ever been to in my life. Don't came here. Chase bank is the best Bank in Far Rockaway, way better customer service. Please change your ways Bank Of America !

The service is ok but not great. It seems that bank of America locations in other areas like Cedarhurst offer faster service. I think that once the money starts coming to the Rockaways ( and its coming, so are higher rents.. lol ) they will have no choice but to speed up the lines...

Was good for me, service was very instructing and helpful. I don't really go to the bank a lot but when I do there do be lines sometimes for withdrawal or deposit but usually don't take much time usually for my experience.

After having a horrible experience at this bank - I was helped by in of the managers, and he made the negative experience a positive one. Thanks for acting like you cared about your customer.

One of the worst bank of America’s I ever encountered. Especially considered this is the only branch in far rockaway. The manager acts like she never wants to help previously encountered this and I’m like black woman to black Woman that’s messed up. Just came from there whole place is blocked off I hope it reopens

I go here a lot, sometimes more than once a day. The tellers and bankers are always welcoming every time I go, and as far as the wait time, you cannot expect the employees to rush through everything b/c it's a bank, they have to be careful with everything.

Worst experience ever. Bank send a overage check on a morgue account try to resend back to principal teller and manager wouldn't except my picture work I d 3 days later with drivers license bank wants me to deposit at my checking, cause I dont have account gave them my morgue account never would bank with such a bank

This place is more like your local social security benefit office than a bank. It took them 15mins to get through 2 people. Lmao, to think I went down to open an account! I ended up just leaving. Line was almost out the door.

I was very very disappointed with this branch... customer service was 0... professionalism 0... there is no distinction for service between tellers and customer service.... and it looked like it's under staffed.. I had to leave...
