commercial drive thru usually takes 30 minutes on an afternoon. Today I waited 45 minutes when there were only 2 cars in front of me. Then when I am about to leave a lady with a smart attitude says to call in advance for what I requested. They were called twice in advance and promised that they would have it ready this time, but they didnt and blamed me for it. Some of them are nice, but they need better communication and less sassy attitudes.

I work with an individual with developmental disabilities who has an account at the bank. Her most recent bank statement looked suspicious so I went with her to the bank to figure out was was going on. Two staff specifically, Briana and Mishel, went above and beyond to be empathetic to the situation and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Great service and great staff!

Do not use this branch for anything. They love to put you on hold and leave you in limbo. I will be removing my business and going elsewhere. Even the national customer service is not able to help with issues.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They are worse than Bank of America. If you're a small business find another bank to deal with. Their wire service is a joke; their customer service is non existent; and you have issues with their debit card. The reality is it's costing us time and money. It's unbelievable that a bank can operate this way.

I will be leaving this bank soon and if I were you I would do the same. It is always something with this bank and i can no longer take it. It hurts my small business when they make mistakes. They have even accused family members of taking money from my account when they are not even on the account. Hello U.M.B. here i come. This has been ongoing for years and i feel like a fool for waiting this long to change my account to another bank. See Ya Bank Midwest.

Lines are usually never long. People are generally friendly. Applied for a mortgage a few years ago since I bank there. No one got back to me about half way through the buying process with another lender. Have to go to post office, grocery store or another bank for money orders and cashiers checks because BM charges 3 or 4 times what others charge. Will be switching banks.

From the moment you walk in the service is great! The tellers are AWESOME and are really friendly and professional and get my business taken care of. I am a busy person and I feel like they value my time. I will tell my friends to come here.

Really disappointed I switched back to this bank! Every time I go through the drive through window it takes 15 min. Today I waited behind someone for about 20 so I decided to leave. Anytime I want to make a deposit it takes forever, they said they have to wait for an override. I never had these issues at my last bank.

You will not find a better bank. They are so kind and helpful, always going to extra mile.
