    I have been a BMW for a long time and used multiple branches in different cities. The 36th location is the reason I’m still a customer. The tellers are nice and really do their best to solve issues. They are the ones that make BMW my bank of choice.

    The girls in the drive thru are not friendly. Seems like they’d enjoy being anywhere else but helping me.

    DO NOT BANK HERE!! They decide what deposits to accept and when...then they hold Social Security direct deposit and charge you fees while you wait for them to credit your account. Everything was fine when I didn't have much money but once I had a descent deposit hit my account they wouldn't let me have that money said it was out of the norm for that amount to be in our account...so it must be fraud and closed the account but not before taking over $200 out for "overdraft & fees" but wouldn't show us or tell us what caused the overdraft. They lie and laugh at you also...Ashton just thought I was stupid and funny...

    Had an excellent experience with Bank Mgr. in St. Joseph, Becky. Professional and followed through on everything she said ! Our problem solved quickly and professionally. She immediately recalled our name and our problem when called to say everything was OK.

    Been a client for 8 years,the staff here always answers my questions,and are more than friendly.They have a great ATM,and have plenty of drive through lanes.When going inside, the building is very clean, roomy, and professional.Always feel welcomed.

    Everytime I come into this location there is at least a 10-15 minute wait before service. In most cases I’ve been the only person being helped besides the occasional person in drive-thru. Today, I was the 2nd person in line to get a document notarized and we both waited 15 minutes before the person in front of me was helped. I waited a little longer and realized that I would not have time to get my business finished in time to pick up my kids so I left. I guess I just need to start planning on 30+ minutes for everything from making a deposit to getting documents notarized. The employees are always super nice and helpful. I’m just wondering why the service at this location is so different than the others locations. Maybe they have too much “behind the scenes” work to complete and not enough people working?

    Very well maintained bank. Everyone is so nice and polite I just love Becky gall she is very experienced and knowledgeable.
