Awful experience today. Will be avoiding this branch if at all possible thanks to two staff members. They acted as doing their jobs were an inconvenience. I was asked to wait, which is fine. But there was no one else other than me and I waited for over 30 minutes. The branch at Hacks Cross is much better.
