BancorpSouth Bank E Main St, Gatesville

If I was able I would give this pos bank zero stars. Not the local branch employees. No real notice on transfer from national to them, dont get the new cards out in a timely fashion. On top of that they canceled my cards and I still have yet to receive my new ones. I've missed payments on bills and my car ins because I can't access my OWN flipping money. Using my bank account doesn't even work, the payments are declined. And I'm not excited about getting my cards because my mother's card doesn't work half the time anyway and is declined even though there is plenty of money. What a worthless bank

Bank bought out National and has turned into nothing but a fee after fee bank.

They never answer the phone but when I go in the building they can talk to me…. Not cool

Been with them for over a year and love it! So much better than any other bank I've had.

They were helpful in that they told me where the support account was actually at. It was at another bank.
